Brilliant little hotel with amazing views over the lake

It’s a bit of a walk to the centre of a Malcesine but it’s a pleasant walk. There is however an hourly bus service from the hotel Lido next door

A small but functional room with a king-size bed. I didn't have AC, but the fan was good enough. And most importantly, there was a refrigerator in the room :) Hotel employees friendly and helpful.

A fine variative cold breakfast with seasonal, sometimes own fruits, very nice and helpful owner. A pleasant clean room with balcony and breathtaking view of the lake! The entrance to the lake for swimming is just one minute downwards. Recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay.

This was our second time here. The staff is really kind. Comfortable bed. Awesome view over the lake from the balcony. The poolarea is perfect, always a few beds available. The garden is also amazing, it has a lot of space. Breakfast is included and great to start the day with.

The room can get a bit warm since there is no airconditioning. We knew this in advance so we can't really complain. There is a ventilator that pretty much does the job.

Well-situated hotel with spectacular lake views, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I appreciated the parking places, the fridge in the room and the nice swimming pool here.

Exceptional

The view from my bedroom was incredible, the balcony overlooking the pool and lake made it tempting to stay at the hotel all day. It is easy to reach the centre of Malcesine from this property by foot or bus and the views all the way are lovely.. The family which run the property were very kind and accommodating, every need I had was met with enthusiasm! The room would be perfect for a couple or single traveller, the grounds of the property are beautiful and the breakfast had more than enough choice! I was encouraged to take extra food for lunch should I like to, great hosts! Thank you for making my short break so wonderful :)

Familiärer Aufenthalt mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

- Die Damen des Hauses waren allesamt unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. - Die Lage direkt am See. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war fantastisch! - Der Pool war ein dickes Plus und hatte ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Blick über den See.

Vorab: Dies sind alles Punkte, gegen die die Unterkunft meist nichts machen kann, aber die das Gesamterlebnis schon ein wenig beeinträchtigt haben... - Der Straßenlärm Tag und Nacht war schon sehr störend. - Die Müllsammelstelle an der Straße ist sehr gut frequentiert und wurde immer früh morgens geleert (unüberhörbar). - Im Zimmer war es sehr warm, der Ventilator an der Wand hat alles gegeben, leider aber nicht viel gebracht.

Maclesine beim Casa Alessandra 👌

Hier hat alles was Man braucht. Frühstück, Pool, Panorama Ausblick, Parkplatz, Info und zahlreich Tips von Emanuela. Alessandra und die Mama waren auch sehr Gastfreundlich, Restaurant Laide ist ein muss, Preisleistung Top👍 Genuss Top 👍wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Nejprve nás nejvíc okouzlilo umístění hotelu s dechberoucími výhledy. Následně vřelé přivítání paní majitelky s veškerými informacemi ohledně pobytu v hotelu. Výjezd na parkoviště je dost strmý, ale dá se zvládnout, místa je dost pro všechny ubytované. Na pozemku hotelu je mnoho příjemných teras, posezení a bazén. Snídaně na terase s výhledy na jezero a hory fantastická.

Der Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick sowie die Außenanlage waren wirklich top – sehr schön!

Wirklich gut schlafen konnten wir allerdings nicht: Zum einen wegen der Hitze, zum anderen aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so schlimm wird. Außerdem ist das Bad sehr klein und schlecht beleuchtet. Das Wasser ist entweder sehr heiß oder sehr kalt, eine angenehme Temperatur zu finden war kaum möglich. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: An der Klobürste klebten noch Reste vom Vorgänger, und auf der Ablage lagen Haare – ebenfalls vermutlich vom vorherigen Gast.

Perfekte Auszeit

Es war so wunderschön, das "schlichte" Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es trotzdem ALLES gab was man sich wünschen kann. Tolles Brot, Kaffee, Tee, Obst und Gemüse (Gurken, Tomaten) Marmelade, Müsli Gebäck usw.usw.!! Die Familie (Betreiber) sind super freundlich und stets bedacht darauf dass es einem gut geht!! 🥰🥰

Das einzigste was wir schade gefunden haben ist, dass es keine Wasserkocher im Zimmer gab....da wir sehr gerne in der Früh einen Kaffee in Ruhe und allein auf dem Balkon getrunken hätten....aber das hat diesen tollen Aufenthalt getrübt. 😊

Klein aber fein!

Schöne ruhige Lage. Personal super nett und spricht deutsch. Frühstücksbuffet klein, allerdings alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Pool super, Liegestühle ausreichend vorhanden! Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar und gute Busverbindung nach Malcesine und Cassone, Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre. Gute Badestelle im See direkt vor der Haustüre. In der Unterkunft selbst sind Getränke gegen geringen Aufpreis erhältlich. Sonnenuntergang auf der oberen Terrasse lohnenswert.

Sonnenschirme am Pool in die Jahre gekommen und deshalb nicht optimal als Sonnenschutz. Sonnensegel für einige wenige Plätze vorhanden, könnte erweitert werden. Inneneinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, ist das Zimmer mit Bergblick abends sehr sehr heiß!

Die Eigentümerinnen hatten immer ein Ohr für Fragen und Hinweise. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischem Obst.

Entspannung pur mit grandioser Aussicht - Bella Italia

Sehr herzlich von Inhaberin empfangen. Sehr freundlicher Umgang. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Grandioser professioneller Kaffeevollautomat, viele Tee-, Wasser und Saftsorten. Joghurt, Müsli, Marmelade, Wurst und Käseauswahl, einfach für jeden etwas dabei. Gut angelegtes Grundstück (etagenförmig durch Hanglage nicht anders möglich) mit einigen Sport-/Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Pool mit Aussicht auf Gardasee (wird täglich gereinigt), Topp!, kostenfreier abgeschlossener überwachter Parkplatz. Geräumiges einfaches aber nicht unkomfortables Zimmer inklusive Duschbad, Mini-Kühlschrank, SAT-LCD-TV, gute Matratzen im Bett (lässt sich entspannt drin schlafen) mit Balkon inklusive Markise und grandiose Aussicht.

Viele Stufen (halten aber fit) durch Hanglage (nicht anders möglich) laufen. Leider kein klimatisiertes Zimmer bis auf einen kleinen Ventilator. Wird im Hochsommer möglicherweise problematisch. Aktuell war es aber noch okay.
