Amazing stay in Alpino hotel

I cannot recommend this hotel more. Everything was excellent. From the time of booking, to us checking out. Nothing was too much. We were travelling with a 6 month old baby and upon request they have provided us with a cot with sheets and a baby bath. The room was super clean with daily housekeeping. During our entire stay we have a table reserved with a high chair. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. As guests we have received 10% discount on food from the restaurant and as we were with a baby this was a clear choice for us every evening. Manager Jo, the owner Dominico and rest of the staff were always so happy to see us and went over and beyond for us. Room was a bit dated but with really comfortable large bed and super silent fridge you almost didn’t know about. The hotel has a free parking about 5 minutes walk. Location was excellent. So close to everything. We had the best stay. Thank you

The only downside was the shower. The hot water had a really slow pressure.

Ideally situated in centre of Malcesine, good restaurant

The Alpino is ideally situated near the market square, all restaurants, shops, Lake Garda, buses, etc. Good to find a single room in such a good location. Breakfast in the Alpino was also good, as was the public restaurant (10% discount) for meals at other times of the day.

I couldn't get the TV to work (in any language) but not a major problem. Just one sachet of coffee provided, but I guess I could have asked for more.

Very nice time!

Excellent location. Room tiny but for one person was completely sufficient. A little uncomfortable, cramped bathroom. Clean everywhere. Staff wonderful and at the reception and at breakfast and in the restaurant. Breakfast really good and there is a lot to choose from. My very best regards to the gentleman with the beard from the reception desk who wonderfully pronounces "Dzień dobry" 😜. Thank you very much for the birthday gift from the hotel ❤️

Great hotel for your stay in Malcesine

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel itself is located right in the center, close to the harbor, bus station, funicular to monte Baldo. The room was clean, comfortable, had tea kettle and a small fridge. Breakfast was great with food selection for every taste.

Very good

Although the room was small, it was functional and had what I needed. Heating and air conditioning and a good bathroom. Breakfast was very good and I ate at the restaurant twice and the meals were very good. The position is close to the bus stop and harbour and many restaurants. The information centre near the bus stop was very helpful.

The single room is an Annex to the hotel and has stairs not an elevator. Maybe a problem if you have a large case.

Fantastic staff, very good location, exceptional breakfast, clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking the mountains. Beautiful Malcesine, we will be back in the area soon and definitely will stay in Alpino again.

Fantastic location! Great communication and easy: Check in / check out.. walking distance to everything. gorgeous town with plenty to do. Very clean room. Breakfast was great. Close to Ferry. Staff were helpful and kind.

Breakfast has all what is needed. Nothing very special, but just as it should be. Location is fine. Short walking distance anywhere.

Some equipment or service would be good for cleaning/drying sporting clothes. This might be a bonus to many others, too. There are a lot of hiking/cycling/sporting visitors around. (There maybe this service, I didn't ask)

Very touristy town but fun and beautiful, Hotel Alpino puts you right in the middle of it all.

The hotel is right in town and everything is in close walking distance. That alone would be a convincing selling point. Add a great restaurant and a super friendly, professional and helpful staff and you will get the great deal Hotel Alpino indeed is.

There is nothing to dislike. The rooms are a bit bare bones but very clean and appropriate for the rates you are paying.

A great hotel in a lovely resort

Rooms very clean and comfy, if a little tiny. A few more coathangers for people who dont bring their own though and a bigger safe.

I would change a couple of things at breakfast - bigger cups or mugs. Yoghurt in a bowl not pots; eggs not quite SO hard boiled and some savoury croissants as well as pastries all covered in icing sugar

The breakfast, very complete and good. Location was really nice as well, right in the centre but doesn't require walking around with luggage as it is right by the main square.

The room was poorly decorated, if not at all. It felt very impersonal.

Absolutely amazing place, wonderful stuff, fabulous location, room although small had everything that was needed and I loved my balcony!

Breakfast quality and service wasn't bad but could be improved. Window shutter for the balcony got stuck and it took me about 10 minutes to fix it.

Very nice welcome by the reception.Location is very nice, everything is near. Free hotel parking a little drive away. (In front of hotel also public parking, but day time prices were 1hour/2.10eur, night bit less). Use the cable car, to go up the mountain!:)

Room was little bit small, if you have lot of luggage, can be bit tricky. Our windows to the street side, so there can be noises thru out the day and night. But for us was not an issue, as we styed for 1 night, for a week stay i maybe wouldnt recomend street side room. Breakfast is simple.
