Good location, short walk to the beach. A large room and a beautiful view of the lake. Nice swimming pool. Good Breakfast.

The bed pillows were not comfortable. At breakfast, you couldn't go and get coffee yourself, but you had to ask for another cup of coffee every morning. I didn't feel welcomed by the owners.

The property itself as well as our stay there were amazing. Starting from the location which is far enough from the road but close enough to the promenade. You can reach a big supermarket by feet in less than 30 minutes. Surely you can take a bus from a bus stop which is 3 minutes walk from the property. Malcesine centre is also in ~20 minutes walk by a picturesque waterfront road. The next thing I would like to mention is the hotel itself. Everything inside looks like brand new. The interior is cozy and good looking. You have a great reception/bar area and a nice common area with table games and a terrace. There’s a great dining area as well as you can enjoy your breakfast outside. speaking of the breakfast - the menu has everything you might need! Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, cheese and ham. Of course fresh coffee offered and served to the guests by the owners of the property. The room is very spacious. Everything is clean and of a good quality. The bed is so comfy that I had a very good sleep every night :) The pool area is simple but nice as well. If the lake water is too cold for you, you can definitely chill by the pool and have a great time right there in the backyard of the hotel. The owners were so friendly - providing advise on what to do around Malcesine and good places to have a dinner. In general the stay in this hotel is a great experience. I would definitely come again.

Comfortable quiet stay

Breakfast was mini buffet style but same options everyday It is walking distance from town centre - take the scenic route by the lake Close to the lakeside where you can have a dip Close to bus stop which was convenient if you're using the bus to go around Lake Garda Has parking space We weren't able to try the swimming pool but it looked really nice and inviting

Air-conditioning was not cold enough - it was fixed at 24degC and sometimes the outside is cooler than the inside of the room! Our toilet was located next to a balcony with chairs and tables - so in the morning, people eating breakfast can hear you using the toilet! Which was embarrassing. Swimming pool is only open 9AM to 8PM - could get later until 10PM really. There is a short steep hike towards the hotel but there is an alternate less steeper route/road if you go to the left instead of turning right and following signs to hotel.

We enjoyed everything - the room was spacious, with a balcony, very clean, with comfy beds. Breakfast was simple but good, and the bread there was so yummy! The host was just amazing - very kind and welcoming. He asked us about our plans and shared his suggestions which helped us see more of beautiful lake Garda.

Extraordinary!

The breakfast was delicious and everybody can find something on the menu. The room was so big and luxurious. The roof top terrace had a wonderful 360 degree view with very comfortable seats. The two owners were so helpful and nice. The hotel is very quiet but situated perfectly - close to the lake and just 10 minutes to the Centre of the city.

Beste Lage, ruhig und trotzdem See und Altstadt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und nette Inhaber, die gerne auch Tipps für Unternehmungen geben. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super Pool und Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Blick.

Prostě skvělé

Skvělé, moderní, pohodlné a čisté ubytování s velmi pozornými a sympatickými provozovateli velmi pěkně umístěné a dostupné. Poskytované snídaně byly pestré, bohaté a velmi chutné s širokou nabídkou zdravých potravin, sladkých i slaných. Pokud zavítáme opět do oblasti, rádi pobyt zopakujeme.

Wir würden diese große und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung ohne Frühstück gebucht. Sie war sehr groß, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. In 10/15 Minuten konnte man zu Fuß den See und die Altstadt von Malcesine erreichen.

Uns hat alles gefallen.

Sehr gute Lage mit tollem Blick. Pool am Hang gleich hinter dem Hotel mit Liegemöglichkeit unter Oliven. Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon mit Marquise. Sehr nettes Personal.

Wrócimy ❤️

Piękny, duży pokój z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem, balkon zapewniający prywatność, klimatyzacja, dostępny parking przy budynku i podziemny bezpłatny parking. Nie korzystaliśmy z basenu ani z tarasu na dachu - ale są dostępne, zadbane. Wystrój hotelu także na plus, bardzo ładne nastrojowe oświetlenie. Czysto, miła obsługa, biblioteczka w holu głównym. Cisza w pokojach - zarówno od sąsiednich pokoi jak i od świata zewnętrznego🫠 - nie było hałasu ulicy ani miasta, hotel jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej okolicy, jednak na tyle blisko miasta, że spokojnie spacerkiem można się szybko dostać do centrum. Śniadania smaczne (chociaż cały czas nie trafiliśmy jeszcze do hotelu, w którym pomidor byłby obrany ze skórki 😉😁), nieco typowych włoskich smaków. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie przemiłych panów z obsługi hotelowej ;)

Nie było żelazka 😅 No i kabina prysznicowa mogłaby być nieco większa, nawet kosztem bidetu (wiem, wiem, we Włoszech bidet to podstawa, jednak jeśli miałabym wybierać bidet czy większa kabina, to wybrałabym większą kabinę 😉).

Das Frühstück war fabelhaft und der Gastgeber konnte sehr gut deutsch. Er hat einen viele Tipps gegeben. Bis zur Stadt kann man schön am Wasser her und ist in 20 Minuten in Malcesine.

Toller Platz für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel hat in jeder Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: sehr schöne, moderne und große Zimmer mit tollem Balkon und Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Es war herrlich ruhig und trotzdem war es nur ein kurzer Fußweg an den See bzw. in das Ortszentrum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausgiebig. Die Bar haben wir auch genutzt. Das schöne Pool konnten wir wetterbedingt leider noch nicht testen, aber die Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee haben wir genossen. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Alles in allem ein ganz toller Platz mit jeglichem Komfort für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt!!

Sehr hübsches und gepflegtes Hotel - ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Malcesine

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, nur 10 Gehminuten an der Uferpromenade von Malcesine entfernt. Hübscher Swimming Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Ganz hervorragendes Frühstück und freundliche Besitzer. Bequeme Bette. Wir waren vor 10 Jahren schon mal hier und das Hotel und die Zimmer sehen immer noch aus wie neu. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, außerdem Tiefgarage (haben wir nicht genutzt). Tolle Dachterrasse mit Liegen und Blick über den See. Ganz ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Aus unserer Sicht weit höherer Standard als zwei Sterne.

Sehr ruhige Lage, große Zimmer, ein ausreichende Frühstück auf Terrasse oder in Innenraum, Parkplatz vorhanden. Ein kurze und gemütliche spazierganz richtung Stadtzentrum. Besitzer sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr zum empfehlen!

Hotelli oli erittäin rauhallinen ja siisti. Pihassa oli parkkipaikkoja, mikä oli suuri ilonaihe. Omaperäinen sisustutyyli. Hissillä pääsi mukavasti kolmanteen kerrokseen. Hotellihuone oli riittävän tilava ja parivuode leveä ja patja erinomainen. Parvekkeelta avautui kaunis näköala ylös rinteille ja yhtä aikaa Gardajärvelle. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Melko lyhyt matka suoraan Gardajärven rantaan. Hotelliin pääseminen autolla oli helppoa pidemmän reitin kautta hotellin henkilökunnan antamien ajo-ohjeiden avulla. Kiitos Vacanze!
