Nice location in need of update

The hotel is well located on the edge of Malcesine, an easy 10 minute walk into the village center. The view over the lake from the room is magnificent. Breakfast was apple, with many options.

The decor of facility is a little dated, beds were not especially comfortable, and towels in the bathroom were threadbare. There is parking included at the rear of the property, but getting your luggage from the parking space to the room is a bit of a hassle. The matron of the hotel seemed a little put out when we ask her for ice a couple of times.

Very clean, great value, great location, extremely accommodating staff

Accommodated our very late arrival, due to flight delays. Helped us to locate the hotel after Satnav let us down! Extremely accommodating in providing us with refreshments after our very long journey and bringing directly to our room, even though it was nearly 1am! Went out of their way to help find us a taxi at short notice after we had car trouble, phoning around several taxi firms.

Location was 10 minutes walk along the lake to Malcesine. The breakfast was very good. Something for anybody. Nice pool. Typical Italien Hotel , Nicely renovated.

VERY nice, clean hotel at the best end of Malcesine.

The hotel is VERY well situated in the quiet end of Malcesine - at the best end of the beach, and within a nice walking distance to Malcesine with its restaurants. The hotel had high standards of hygiene - especially they had a good grip on corona. (Yes, it was then!)

Our bathroom was quite small, but well functioning. At the cost is was fine.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den See. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das machte uns nichts aus. Personal sehr nett!

Ich habe das Hotel 3 Tage bewohnt, würde jedoch kein zweites Mal buchen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichlich und für jeden etwas geboten. Die Zimmer waren prinzipiell sauber (siehe was nicht gefallen hat). Personal war sehr freundlich, auch die Hausherrin.

Die Lage direkt an der Gardesana ließ sich im Internet nicht eruieren, sonst hätten wir nicht in diesem Hotel gebucht. Großer Autolärm, sitzen am Balkon nicht sehr gemütlich, Pool direkt daneben nicht fein. Die Zimmer waren prinzipiell sauber, aber das Putzmittel roch extrem nach Chlor und man bekam Kopfweh davon. Lüften neben Gardesana und bei einem relativ kalten Wetter nicht gut möglich! Bettdecken waren ziemlich alt und löchrig. Wellnessbereich leider nie verfügbar!

Aftensmad på hotellet er mellem 19-20, det er for tidligt, det ville være bedre med mulighed for at spise senere Beskrivelse bjergeudsigt, det er ind i gården og uden terasse, det kunne godt være beskrevet bedre

Die Lage war gut, man konnte gemütlich an der Promenade in das Städtchen laufen. Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Zugewiesener Frühstückstisch, war gut man musste nie Angst haben, dass man keinen Platz bekommt. Toller Blick auf den See

Man hat die Strasse selbst mit geschlossenen Fenster sehr gut gehört. Zimmer war eiskalt. Klima liess sich nicht ausschalten und trotzdem wir 25 Grad eingestellt hatten war es eissig drin. Ich habe sogar die Wolldecke aus dem Schrank geholt weil es so kalt war! Frühstück keine Abwechslung und nicht viel Auswahl..Rührei gab es nur am 1. Tag danach nicht mehr..

Für ein Wochenende

Die Unterkunft liegt Fussläufig nah am Centrum. Beim Frühstück bekommt man alles was man braucht. Die Damen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Toilettenbrille war locker und schief,da die Toilettenpapier Halterung ungünstig angebracht wurde.Der Benutzer muss sich nach rechts neigen,um an das Papier zu kommen.Deshalb alles locker. Die Zimmer Ausstattung ist in den 80ger Jahren stehen geblieben. Der Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee ist vorhanden,man sollte sich den Teebeutel und den löslichen Kaffee selber mitbringen.

удобное расположение вблизи красивой набережной и автобусных остановок, есть собственное место с лежаками, чтобы загорать, удобная кровать.

отель не тянет и на 50% стоимости, которую за него берут. Кондиционер издаёт какие-то звуки, но не охлаждает, нет возможности погладить вещи, скудный завтрак из максимально дешевых продуктов, «вид на горы» - это на самом деле вид на парковку с каким-то разрушенным забором.
