Everything was perfect: the room was spotless and modern, a very nice breakfast buffet and we loved the little garden with olive trees and pool. The hotel is very close to the beach and just 10 mins walk to the center. Big plus: a free parking space!

One of the owners made us feel a little uncomfortable. I guess she didn’t like us for some reason and was a bit snappish whenever we approached her. But: overall the staff was lovely and welcoming!

Beautifully clean, bright and light. Great Continental breakfast. A short walk to Malcesine along the promenade……cannot rate this small hotel highly enough. The receptionist is lovely and most helpful! The owners were warm and welcoming.

Very good

The hotel is clean, breakfast was good and some of the staff were really nice and polite. There is a nice quiet beach close to hotel and you can easily walk to Malcesine old town that is really nice as well.

Hotel is located next to a big road and some of the staff made us feel unwelcome. Bed and pillow were really hard.

Was The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was exceptionally clean and facilities were excellent. It was such a fabulous holiday we have booked too go back next year.

Overall highly recommend if you're staying in or around Malcesine.

The hotel is well placed near Malcesine and the rooms have balconies that see the lake. The breakfast is delicious, and there is a variety of options. The rooms are well decorated, spacious, and kept clean. The AC goes down to 19 degrees Celsius and kept the room at the temperature desired. The hotel price is a fair deal for the amenities provided.

I think the hotel should have "do not disturb" signs for the doors, I was walked in on at one point. Bear in mind that if you leave the breakfast room you can't go back in, I learned this too late. My room did not have a fridge.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very nice and very clean room. Good breakfast buffet. In walking distance to Malcesine city centre and watersports facilities.

It's not allowed to go to the breakfast buffet a second time, probably because of Corona. Still, that's annoying and no other hotel does this.

Mooi, kleinschalig hotel. Nette, complete kamer. Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen en parasols. Heerlijk, goed verzorgd ontbijt. Centraal gelegen voor allerlei uitstapjes/ activiteiten. Vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaar(s) en personeel. Service gericht. Vroeg vertrekken, goed afgestemd hoe de poort te openen. Blij verrast dat de eigenaar zowel de hoofdingang als de poort al geopend had op het vroege tijdstip! Grazie mille

Todella siistiä ja viihtyisää; huoneet julkiset tilat, piha, parkkipaikka. Sisustukseen oli todella panostettu ja kaikki oli tiptop kunnossa. Sängyt erinomaiset. Huoneessa hyvät säilytystilat ja tallelokero. Kadun yli ja rantaan alas rappusia ja pääsi kävelytielle ja uimaan. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Suloinen Mozart- koira. Viihdyimme todella hyvin.

Kleines, sehr gepflegtes Hotel

Sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück lecker, das Buffet wird mehrmals aufgefüllt. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß am See und in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Malcesine.

Die Lage ist an der Hauptstraße und mit Zimmer zum Gardasee etwas laut vom Straßenverkehr, wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist.

Ganz okay, mehr leider nicht. Wird nicht nochmal gebucht.

Frühstück gut. Lieber Haushund. Es wurde auf Sauberkeit geachtet (Ausnahme jedoch das Badezimmer, da war Schimmel an der Decke).

Die ältere Hausdame war sehr unfreundlich, in vielen Belangen und Situationen. Sie hat nach 14tägigem Aufenthalt auch nicht mal eine gute Heimreise gewünscht oder Danke gesagt. Da wird natürlich der nächste Aufenthalt in einem anderen Hotel stattfinden. Die Bedienung am Morgen bzw. Frühstücksbuffett machte ebenfalls einen sehr unfreundlichen und strengen Eindruck. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Das Badezimmer war schimmelig an der Decke. Die Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße. Zimmer zur Straßenseite haben eine enorme Geräuschbelastung.

Kleines, nettes Hotel!

Schöne Zimmer, moderne Ausstattung, super Lage und Aussicht, man ist innerhalb 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend, auch die Snacks und die Bar sind sehr gut. Personal sehr nett! Wir wurden gleich vom Hotel-Hund Mozart empfangen, der auch immer für Streicheleinheiten zu haben ist 😊

Die Lage an der Hauptstraße kann manchmal nervig sein, es könnte im Bad mehr Ablageflächen geben.

Fräscha rum, sköna sängar, supergod frukost. Bra att kunna hyra cyklar. Stor pool, lagom promenad avstånd till centrum. Hjälpsam personal.

Bra boende med fin utsikt, pool och en bra frukost.

Väldigt fint hotell. Mysigt med utsikt över Gardasjön och över vägen, där Fina bilar körde förbi. Bra frukost. Fanns allt vi önskade. Det är väl värda 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Inte två som booking har gett dem.

Fräscht, välskött och behagligt - med kort avstånd till strandpromend och bad.

Gratis parkering, fint poolområde, trevlig utsikt från rummet. Bra AC, fint väldstädat rum (städning varje dag)och fräscht badrum. Bra storlek på balkong (saknade avskärmning till grannens balkong). Trevlig och social frukostvärdinna i en annars ganska stel miljö. Läget: nära till strandpromenad och därefter endast en kort promenad till centrum.

- Ingen möjlighet till att äta frukost på verandan. - Inte så spännande frukost - blev alltid tilltalade på tyska (gäller generellt i Malcesine). - Poolområdet angränsade till vägen och ljudet samt avgasdofter störde idyllen. - väldigt lågt vattentryck i dusch, tog en evighet att få långt tjockt hår blött och sedan utsköljt efter schamponering. - Man får ej ha med egen snacks/dricka vid poolen - trevligt bemötande men inte hjärtligt (möjligen pga språkförbistring)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze (kostenfrei). Unser persönliches Highlight: absolute Dunkelheit aufgrund von Rollos.

Im Badezimmer könnte es mehr Ablageflächen geben.

Super sødt personale og god beliggenhed tæt på Gardasøen og by. Perfekt rent overalt.

Trafikken var lidt heftig på vejen foran hotellet og poolen. I løbet af en dag havde vi glemt det og så var det dog en del af charmen ved Garda

Sehr schöne gepflegte Hotelanlage

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal super nett ♥️ In die Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß wirklich nur 15 Minuten am See entlang. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Ebenso eine Garage, wo man die Fahrräder abstellen und aufladen kann. Am Pool kann man herrlich entspannen. Nur der Verkehrslärm stört dort ein bisschen, da es direkt an der Straße liegt. Nachts kann man sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im familiengeführten Hotel "Casa Serena".

Das Familienzimmer hatte 2 Schlafzimmer. Super!!! Wir sind mit 3 Personen angereist. Die Besitzerfamilie und das Personal waren sehr zuvorkommend. Der Poolbreich war sehr sauber und das Wasser angenehm temperiert. Die Snacks zur Mittags- und Abendzeit wurden stets frisch und reichlich serviert.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse rund um den Gardasee. Der Verkehrslärm war zeitweise nervend. Eine Klimaanlage im Badezimmer würde bei großer Hitze den Komfort optimieren. Die Brot- und Brötchenauswahl zum Frühstück könnte vielfältiger sein.
