We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Everything! They made you feel like the had known you for years. Everyone one friendly and helpful with whatever we needed or asked. Beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. The walk round the lake was amazing. Food excellent and the ladies were keen to make sure you had what ever you asked for. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Simply the best!

Everything was just perfect! It is located not far from the centre and the walking path by the lake border is great! We really enjoyed the delicious and mostly homemade breakfast, the creamy coffee and we also appreciated the eco-friendly atmosphere! Definitely worth it to spend your holiday in such a lovely place!

The location is great, with easy access to the parking in front of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with sufficient variety.

The shower head needs to be replaced as the water pressure was not that great.

Really good accommodation

Really good accommodation – recommended! This place is a good choice for anyone visiting Val di Sogno or Malcesine. The location is close from the lake and supermarket is just across the street. The breakfast was delicious, and communication with the personnel was smooth and very professional. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

Brilliant place in Garda 20 minutes walk from Malcesine centre

Clean and modern hotel with pool. Less than 5 minutes walk to the lake. Bus stop and convenience store opposite hotel. Very nice, fresh breakfast every morning between 0730-1000

A nice stay, a lttle too far away

The room was nice and large enough, the bathroom was very well with a very nice shower. The breakfast was excellent with a great room and terrace.

I find the price a little expensive but it was a nice place with friendly staff. Malsecine is a little too far to get.

Great stay in a beautiful place!

Breakfast was lovely, with leaf tea and real honey along with a variety of breads, fruits, yogurts, toast, croissant etc… The staff were lovely too.

Nice to walk into town along the promenade.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. It was nice to lay out on the lawn and read. Pool still too cool this time of year although threre were a couple of hearty swimmers. Bar available.

An exceptionally clean and comfortable stay with a pretty garden to relax in and friendly staff.

This was the friendliest hotel where Roberto and his staff could not do enough for us especially when our flights were cancelled and they helped us to find alternative flights home and offered us another room for two nights.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Great place to stay if visiting Malcesine

The staff, especially Roberto, were extremely helpful. Great location as we like to walk; it was a 1.50 walk into town although you can take a bus. Breakfast was great too

I couldn’t have asked for more. lovely staff, great hotel, great location. room was a good size, the bed was comfy, shower was perfect, it had a lovely large balcony and air con. breakfast was tasty with a decent selection of cooked and cold breakfast items, the breakfast area also had a lovely view of the mountains. nice bar area which I enjoyed sitting at in the evening and catching up on some YouTube and messages. if I was to come to malcesine again this hotel would be my first choice each time.

A small thing but a mirror over the desk where the plug socket was for dryer and straighteners. There were no English tv channels except the news

Excellently run hotel with a lovely walk by the lake into town

Spacious room with plenty of hanging space. Great bathroom. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was really good. The hotel was immaculate. The walk by the lake included a small beach area, childrens play area and a number of very pleasant restaurants for a drink, meal or grassy sun bathing areas overlooking the lake.

Although the hotel was on the main road, the room was very quiet. There is a local supermarket just opposite.

Great vacation and wonderful staff

Clean and friendly staff with nice room and balcony. The pool was nice as well. Nice stroll along the lake to nearby restaurants or a bit further to the town.

The traffic was loud, but the closed window voided out the noice.

Perfect Family Holiday

The team at the hotel are all wonderful- Roberto was kind and helpful everyday and was happy to assist us in any way we needed. Theodora and Pedro were also so kind and helpful and they took the time to get to know us personally too. The a whole team were very friendly with our little girl and she loved them all! The Pool area with the small playground was very relaxing and never too busy- we had a wonderful time there and also, at the Val di Sogno bay, just a short walk away. There we swam in the lake and hired a paddleboard too. The hotel has a nice cafe and we enjoyed many drinks there and ice creams for our little girl- the snacks were also very tasty! Our room was very modern and comfortable and our terrace was huge wirh great views! A food store is a few steps from the hotel which is great for snacks and groceries. We were staying to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and the team surprised us with a bottle of prosecco one day at lunchtime! This hotel is fabulous and you will not regret choosing here!

Lovely play area, clean rooms

The room and all areas were really clean. They had very comfortable firm mattresses which is unusual for hotels. Breakfast was of very high quality and staff very forthcoming. The play area in the garden is excellent

It's not their fault but we had wrongly assumed that the small pool was for babies when it's actually quite a deep jacuzzi. It was too dangerous for our baby

5 Nächte im Eco Hotel Benacus

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab viele verschiedene, hausgemachte Speisen. Man konnte seine Eier auf die Sekunde so kochen wie man wollte. Zudem gab es einen Entsafter. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor Ort!!! Betten waren bequem. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hat bei allen Fragen oder Wünschen sofort reagiert. Man bekommt kostenlos City-Bikes und ist in 8-10 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Bikes sind allerdings nicht für größere Personen (über 1,80) geeignet...

Aufgrund des Straßenlärms konnte man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen...
