Top Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht, herrlicher Sonnenuntergang, von der Umgebung her sehr ruhig (die Straße hört man nicht - nur die Nachbarn),
sehr freundliche Eigentümer.
Gute Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.
Die Lage ist West/Nord-West, bei den Zimmern zur Seeseite kommt die Sonne leider erst um 16 Uhr auf den Balkon, zumindest bei den obersten Wohnungen aufgrund der Überdachung.
Die Raumaufteilung (obere Wohnungen) hat mir nicht gefallen, diese seltsame Treppe (links-rechts Tritte) hoch zum Bett ohne zusätzlichem Fenster, dann nochmal paar Stufen hoch zum Bad, naja.
Abartig hellhörig, oben im Schlaf-Abteil, man hört, was die Nachbarn reden und ihre nächtlichen Aktivitäten...
Die Küche ist leider billig ausgestattet, das Besteck würde ich direkt wegwerfen...
Leider keine Polster auf den Außenstühlen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Fabio empfangen und haben uns in dem kleinen aber feinen Hotel unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zur Promenade war fantastisch, alles war fussläufig zu erreichen, obwohl es ruhig und etwas abgelegen zum Zentrum von Malcesine liegt. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee von unserem Balkon war traumhaft. Das Hotel ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Leider war uns das Bett etwas zu hart

Buona posizione sia per collegamenti interni che per la riva del lago, zona ben servita. Tutto raggiungibile a pieni o in bici.
La prenotazione tramite Booking.com prevedeva e confermava la presenza di bagno completo di bidet, tuttavia all'arrivo segnalavamo la mancanza ma nessuna opzione e' stata valutata o proposta per sopperire alla mancanza. Abbiamo quindi passato il soggiorno nell'appartamento lato vista montagna senza bidet. Nessuno sconto applicato, nemmeno una colazione offerta.
