Location and friendly service minden staff.

The service and the location is fibulas, every room has a direct view to the Garda lake. The staff is very service minded. We did extend our stay with one day due to the Hotel and the location.

Perfect romantic getaway

The hotel’s location is super nice, in a quiet area but not far from Malcesine. The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast had many options and all were tasty. The pool is amazing, with more than enough sun loungers for everyone and you have direct access to the beach.

It is on the pricey side, at least it was during high season, but it was perfect for a weekend full of relaxation

Good stay

The view from the room is was great. Food was good (breakfast). Hotel Staff very warm and good with their hospitality.

Nothing to complain about The only Thing is booking.com should have mentioned that the hotel has a policy to not start the air conditioning till around first week of May. We had to tell hotel staff and after a lot of persuading they switched it in for us.

Breathtaking views, wonderful staff, pure luxury!

The location was excellent, a little away from the main centre but a lovely walk along the pebbled beach. There was a huge selection of foods for breakfast and the staff were always at hand to assist with any request. The room was breathtaking, we had an lakefront room which looked like it was out of a movie, I definitely recommend selecting that room! We used the hotel bicycles which was very fun and made it easy to get around Malcessine and allowed us to quickly commute between the hotel and the busier parts of the town. I cannot state how breathtaking the scenery is and the view from our hotel room, right up there with the best either of us have ever experienced.

There is literally nothing that we can say bad about the hotel.

The location is great, hotel is directly on the beach, all rooms, restaurant, lounge have perfect view. The highlight of the hotel is a garden with the loungers. You can relax there, surrounded by beautiful plants and trees, watching the lake.

it’s a wonderful hotel, the staffs are kind and warm-hearted , the lake view from the room, garden and restaurant are all wonderful, the restaurant is only serviceI to the hotel guests, but the taste is great. really enjoy a lot with everything’s here. it’s the best choice to stay a peaceful holiday in this hotel.

The view you wake up to in the morning is amazing. If you're lucky you might catch a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Facilities are good. Rooms are decently appointed, but there's no kettle for odd-time coffee drinkers.

Restaurant was closed, so food options were limited. In all fairness, the hotel had informed us a couple of weeks earlier that the restaurants were going to remain closed.

Super Hotel !! Très bien localisé, front de mer. nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, pieds dans l'eau. Chambre très Comfort, idem salle de bain. Petit déjeuné parfait !!! Quel choix !!! Personnel très sympa. belle découverte avec Malcesine à deux pas

Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service, einmalige Lage am See, wunderbares Frühstück/Abendessen!

Tolle Lage direkt am See, großer Garten mit zahlreichen Liegen, Pool und direktem Seezugang. Sehr freundliches Service von der Rezeption über das Frühstücksservice bis zum Abendessen! Frühstück sehr umfangreich, Abendessen (a la carte) ebenso sehr gut - immer mit Blick auf den See - wunderbar. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel das auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ist!

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist atemberaubend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Ruhe, der Garten und Pool sind toll. Im Garten viel Platz, Schatten und immer viele freie Liegen. Geht kaum besser!
