Nice location

Location by the lake is very beautiful, pool is nice. We had to change room, and the second one was okay.

The kitchen had very limited number of glasses etc. No hand soap or shampoos.

Perfect base for family holiday!

The location is incredible and our room had an amazing view over the lake. Fabio was welcoming and helpful. The pool on-site was great to cool off in at the end of the day but we also enjoyed swimming in the lake. Breakfast at hotel Rosa less than a min walk away was good value and delicious so we are there each morning. The room facilities are basic but everything needed for a family stay.

The pink tile bathroom is forgiven because everything else your eyeballs witness on Lake Garda makes up for it!

The position right on the lake is amazing . There are a couple of restaurants near by if you don’t fancy walking to malcesine . shop only 10 minute walk away . Apartment is comfortable and fairly big .

The main road behind the apartments is close . There is traffic noise . You don’t notice it after the first day as the view from the apartment over the lake is amazing .

Incredible view

We have made an Italian trip from the nord to the south of it and have changed several hotels and this one had the best view. It is magical. We ever have booked one more night to enjoy it more. The private parking is also great. Malcesine is a very nice town. The center is in walking distance (about 20 mins). Beach is just acrosse the road. There is a surf school nearby.

It would be nice to have basic products like sugar, tee and salt for this price. The instructions said that we were obliged to clean up after ourselves, while there was no bucket or rag. Kitchen equipment is average: no coffee maker or oven.

Super, gerne wieder

Die Lage ist 1A. Küche mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Balkon mit Seeblick und alles was man braucht fußläufig erreichbar.

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie das in der Gegend häufig ist. Bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber absolut verschmerzbar.

Komfortables Appartement-Top Lage direkt am See - nette Vermieter

Top Lage direkt am See. Zugang zum Ufer. Pool-Area und Liegewiese mit Seeblick und Sonne. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. Nur 1 Minute Fußweg zur benachbarten Segelschule. Kleine Kitchenette und Kühlschrank zur Selbstversorgung-alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Fabio und Deborah sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Kontakt, Check-in , Check-out und Ansprechbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes waren super und unkompliziert.

Via Gardesana direkt oberhalb der Rückseite des Gebäude. Da unser Appartement eher zur Rückseite ausgerichtet war, haben wir auch bei geschlossenem Fenster den Verkehr gehört.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit bester Lage direkt am See, Pool und Tiefgarage. In ca 25 min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt vom Malcesine.

Ausstattung sehr einfach/ Küchenutensilien.Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden.TV Gerät funktioniert nicht & Fernbedienung erst gar nicht vorhanden.Wurde auf Anfrage auch leider nicht nachgereicht(was jetzt aber nicht wirklich relevant war). Hatten vom 1.Tag an sehr mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu tun .Sollte sich drum gekümmert werden ,wurde dann auch vergessen….

Krásné umístění ubytování, které by zasloužilo renovaci interiéru/vybavení. Vhodné pro nenáročné.

Úžasná poloha blízko jezera bez nutnosti přecházet hlavní silnici s rušným provozem. Bazén s krásným výhledem. Možnost posedět u společného venkovního grilu v zahradě. Krásná odchozí vzdálenost promenádou do Malcesine. Nebýt hluku z hlavní silnice, jedná se o klidnou lokalitu. Krásná oblázková pláž před rezidencí

Extrémní hluk z přilehlé hlavní silnice nad hotelem, auta nedodržující rychlost působila hlavně v noci velký hluk. Velmi nepohodlné postele/přistýlky - již jsou proleželé a potřebovaly by vyměnit. Špatně odtékající odpad ve sprše. V kuchyni málo nádobí (hrnců) pokud chcete uvařit jídlo pro 4 člennou rodinu.

Świetny obiekt w pierwszej linii brzegowej, spokojna boczna uliczka. Dużym plusem jest parking podziemny z zarezerwowanym miejscem. W okolicy sklep spożywczy, przystanek autobusowy, liczne plaże oraz restauracje. Do centrum miasta spacer około 30 minut urokliwą promenadą wzdłuż brzegu. Widok z balkonu przepiękny.

Super Lage mit einem tollen Blick über den See. Steg und kleiner eigener Badeplatz. Sehr flexibel was das Parken angeht.

Insgesamt bräuchten viele kleine Details ein bisschen Pflege was das Gesamtbild leider etwas trübt.Im ersten Stock ist die Hauptstraße direkt hinter dem Hotelzimmer (Lärmbelästigung)

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt mit tollem Blick auf den Gardersee und direktem Zugang zum Pool. Sehr empfehlenswert 😊

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Pool, das war klasse. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge war toll! Die Ausstattung war fällig ausreichend, kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Utensilien zum abspülen waren auch vorhanden. Alles in allem war es wirklich super, wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Lage ist perfekt, vor allem wenn man es ruhig mag. Man kommt zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus ins Zentrum von Malcesine.

Es wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man einen Wasserkocher bereitstellen würde.

Egyszerűen kenyűgöző volt minden! A fotòk alapjàn nem gondoltjk, higy ilyen csodàkatos lesz minden. A szobànkbòl közvetken a csodàlatos tò làtvàbya tàrult ekènk, mellettünk közvetken a medence. Minden nagyon igènyes, tiszta, nyugodt. A hotel elhelyezkedèse kivàlò. Nagyon jò èlmènyekkel tèrtünk haza, megèrte az àràt, mindenkinek szìvből ajànljuk ezt a hotelt!!!

Rundum Zufrieden :)

Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenn man dem ganzen Trouble aus dem Weg gehen möchte. Man braucht ca. 30 Minuten (Weg an der Promenade) in die Stadt. Vor Ort ist die Stadt jedoch zu Hochzeiten absolut überlaufen, deswegen fanden wir die Lage etwas außerhalb sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war absolut ausreichend, der Pool hervorragend, das Personal super freundlich und von der Aussicht sind wir total begeistert gewesen. Zum "baden" im Gardasee, musste man nur über die Straße gehen. Einfach perfekt.

Die Matratzen und Kissen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart - aber da hat bekanntlich ja jeder seine eigenen Vorlieben. Die Dusche lief nicht ausreichend ab, weshalb wir kurzzeitig mal eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad hatten. Wir haben dies jedoch gemeldet und ich bin mir sicher, dass sie dies für die nächsten Gäste vorbereitet haben.

Posizione ottima di fronte al lago, molto comoda anche la piscina e il giardino. Proprietario gentilissimo.

Lontano dal centro di malcesine, ma si sapeva. L'unica cosa, in appartamento se ci fossero dei ganci per appendere i vestiti, o almeno una sedia in stanza dove appoggiare la roba sarebbe più comodo.
