Peaceful gem with perfect views

Beautiful grounds. Lovely villa with views over Lake Garda and mountains across, including the breakfast room (extensive and delicious) and pretty living room. The pool was quiet and zen like. Our room had a balcony, the moon shining in was ideal. Parking on the grounds, right off the highway. The quiet was restorative.

Wonderful holiday on Lago di Garda.

Hotel grounds really beautiful and pool perfect. Great selection at breakfast and super friendly staff to help with extra requests. Shared balcony/terrace and sitting area were very comfortable.

To reach the beach there is a walk along the 'main' road that doesn't have a pavement. It's only 50 metres so it's ok. It's the only down side of this hotel.

Lovely home-style feel to the accommodation. Beautiful views over the lake. Plenty of communal space so you weren't restricted to the hotel room. Lovely gardens with a pool to relax by

Not much space in the bathroom to accommodate your toiletries. There was a restaurant within walking distance, but the old town with more restaurant options was a little too far to walk

Lovely hotel with wonderful views

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Fantastic lake views from the balcony. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake. Beautiful swimming pool, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. Friendly staff who responded promptly to communications. They were able to accommodate a late check in due to late flight arrival. Lovely lakeside walk into the centre of Malcesine. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect choice

The host is really friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, enough choice for breakfast with the nicest view of the lake. Location is perfect if you want some peace at night and a short walk to the city center. The walking path is just across the street with the nicest view. Don't have one negative thing to write about

Authentic and comfortable

Awesome authentic villa with an amazing view. Really hospitable and kind stuff. Nice and tasty breakfasts in the morning, everything was really fresh and tasted great. Located not far from the city center in more quiet area away from the crowds which makes it perfect in case if you need to have some rest and relax by the pool in Olive Garden overlooking Lake Garda and mountains. Was exactly what I was looking for for my vacation. Thank you a lot.

Great view!

The view from our balcony was just breathtaking! Very beautiful Garda lake, friendly host and nice breakfast.

The hotel is quite far from the old town of Malcesine, about 2 kilometres walk. Only one restaurant close to the hotel and it was fully booked. For us the walking was no problem and it was along the beautiful beach shore, but if you have small kids or don’t enjoy walking so much, this hotel might not be the best option for you.

A wonderful two night stay in a spotlessly clean room. We would definitely come again.

We booked a lake view room and it was worth it. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony with a table and two chairs. The view over the lake was fabulous. The swimming pool is lovely, set amongst olive trees and is very peaceful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Our bed and pillows were quite firm but, of course, may well have been perfect for someone else. The only reason I couldn’t give a perfect score for the staff is because we really didn’t have any interaction with them apart from checking in and out.

Amazing location and view! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The experience is without a doubt to repeat :) The staff was very lovely and helpful and and even had the option to lent bicycles to ride around the area.

There is no elevator in the Villa (itsn't a big problem because the hotel consist two floors) and there is no refrigerator in the rooms

Located in a garden that shields it from outside noise, the hotel commands a stunning view of Lake Garda and the mountains beyond. With a good breakfast and very helpful staff, this is a perfect place to sample what the region has to offer, with Malcesine and it's pure Italian small-town feel and countless restaurants just a couple minutes away. Ask the helpful hotel staff and they'll tell you where you should go to have a dinner to remember.

Neighbors can be noisy, but then - it's your choice whether you prefer a typical Italian villa style with tiled floors that cool your feet or a carpeted, plush interiors :)

Every thing about this place was awesome. The staff, the breakfast, the room and lets not forget that beautiful view were all perfect. Wished we could have stayed here longer.

the view is exceptional overlooking the lake, the pool is great and lots of sun beds. The rooms are very basic (no tea and coffee facilities) but are clean. staff were very friendly. a taxi into the town is around 5/10mins and taxis are easily booked at reception.

Very basic hotel and Bar. the breakfast is ‘okay’ however is great value for money. no English channels on the Tv however appears to be a Italian thing as no other hotels offered English channels either.

Would stay here again!

The view is the best!!! I would stay here again just for the location! The hotel had a spacious parking which is grate for lake Garda. There was a beautiful garden that gave this place a feeling of a lakeside villa! The room was quite boring but clean and functional!

The only thing that I didn’t like was that our room was on the first floor with a terrace (I thought we’ll have a balcony) that we had to share with people who lived next door! Not a big problem because they were really nice but they did smoke! Terrace is right next to the garden and the view was worth staying here!
