The staff was very helpful, arranged for a bike delivery for me. All very sweet. Nice breakfast, bar and pool

I had a private patio surrounded by hedges, with a close up water view. There was a perfect kitchen behind the closet doors, I didn’t use but would have been perfect for those not eating out

A Gorgeous, Relaxing Place to Stay!

What an incredible location and such a nice room with a view!!! This property is located a little away from the city center so it's quiet and serene - the perfect place to RELAX. My husband and I had all intentions of hiking and exploring the area but once we set foot in the hotel and saw our balcony, we didn't move for 2 days!!! Really nice lake path to town that takes about 30 minutes from hotel. Great breakfast, great pool area. We loved it here! The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodated any requests we had!

Excellent stay

The location: right on the lake within a short and pleasant stroll to Malcesine and restaurants. The parking facility. The cleanliness. The kitchen corner in the bedroom was very convenient. Good and varied breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Tolles Hotel für ruhesuchende Wasserratten

Die Lage, die Zimmer mit Seeblick und das Frühstück sind perfekt, vor allem wenn man die Ruhe sucht! In weniger als einer halben Stunde ist man aber zu Fuß in nördlicher Richtung in Malcesine, wo üblicherweise Trubel herrscht, oder in die andere Richtung in Casone. Da das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt (nur durch eine wenig befahrene Straße getrennt), kann man jederzeit seinen Wassersport-Hobbys nachgehen. Der Service des überaus freundlichen Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut, man bekommt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz und es gibt einen Fahrradverleih. Nebenan im Hotel Rosa kann man zu angemessenen Preisen recht gut Abendessen.

In unserer Dusche war es relativ eng, sehr korpulente, große Menschen dürften ihre Schwierigkeiten beim Duschen bekommen. Vermisst haben wir im Bad einen Vergrößerungsspiegel und im Zimmer Garderobenhaken.

Som att bo i en vacker tavla

Läget är helt underbart. Sjön är precis bredvid och utsikten blir till en tavla, oavsett tid på dygnet. Mycket trevlig restaurang precis granne, och det är inte speciellt mycket folk vilket gör att bli lugnt och fridfullt. Poolen är grymt bra om man har med sig barn.

Das Frühstück war klasse. Kommunikation vorab war top (da mit zusätzlichem Gast angereist).Zusatztbett wurde sofort bereitgestellt. Schönes Grundstück. Zimmer zweckmäßig, sehr große Dusche. Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Eine schöne entspannte Woche am Gardasee🫶🏻

Wir haben die Aussicht und den beheizten Pool sehr genossen und natürlich das nette Personal was alle Wünsche erfüllt hat.😊 Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Nur das der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte war schade.
