I was not happy the only thing was the front desk staff in the morning.

They said that they were over booked and the bookings from Booking.com wasn’t showing up. Then they sent me to the other location up the street but it was dirty and the front desk at check in was not very friendly and she at first made it seem like there was no rooms even with the other location calling to let them know. The phone also was not hooked up.

Booked with this hotel as we were traveling early the next morning out of Indy airport - We drove from Chicago and when we arrived at this hotel, staff was extremely rude! I was also told that they were booked and didn't have a room for us. We had to scramble to find another place to stay last minute as all we were told was "try the hotel across the street." Truly was an awful experience and I'll never use Booking again.

Worst experience ever. Whatever you do, find someplace else.

The lady at the front desk was polite.

This place is a complete dump. The shower curtain was moldy, NO water pressure in the shower or bathroom sink, NO hot water. The floor was dirty, the table was covered in something sticky. The hallway smelled like pot. Breakfast was literally a basket of nutri-grain bars, nothing else, not even coffee. Pretty sure they use this hotel as homeless housing. I wish I would have taken pictures to share, but I was too frustrated at the time. We would've been better off sleeping in our car!

The front desk lady was nice enough

Walked past staff smoking at the front door, the place smelled of nothing but weed. The check in process was ok, after staff member came in. She explained everything, was very engaging and nice. We went to the room, the main door would only close if pushed very firmly, l used my shoulder as a normal nudge wasn't doing the job. The room was very cold and the heat didn't kick in while we were there. No bedding for the pulled out sofa bed, very thin bedding provided on the other beds. The place is run down which isn't a big deal to me until I went into the bathroom. Wow, I am far from a clean freak but the bottom of the tub was very dirty, dark grey as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The walls were covered with mold and general grim, I honestly couldn't convince myself to have a shower it was so bad. The TV didn't work on any channel for more than a minute. After being there for 30 minutes or so we decided to leave. I encourage you to look elsewhere.

I felt like I was in a halfway house.

The staff was very nice

The reason I booked it was because I was going to a conference. I picked up because of the free breakfast. I’m not really sure what the breakfast had I did not see even anything that resembled a continental breakfast. I don’t know how you could advertise so falsely. I really think you should reimburse my money. also, in the kitchen that there wasn’t plates or forks or glasses. The refrigerator was cracked. on the inside.

This was the worst 20 minute experience ever & the rudest hotel clerk. Never even stayed. Left after check in.

The location was about it

No pillows or blankets for people using the pull out couch. Pull out couch was broken so we couldn’t fold it back up. Light switch covers were broken. Upper kitchenette cabinets were falling out of the wall. Continental breakfast consisted of about 4 oatmeal packets and some prepackaged muffins, and coffee. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say I was just early to breakfast and not everything was out but judging on everything else, that was it

We arrived at the hotel 20 mins before check-in time and waited 45 mins past our check-in time to come to a room with broken furniture, dirty matresses, and a bathtub chipping away. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel that made me feel like I had to wear my shoes in the room. The concierge "forgot" to bring a roller bed to the room after multiple requests. "Breakfast provided" was a coffee maker in the lobby with coffee that wasn't fresh.

Hesus was a nice host, however everything in the hotel was terrible to the point that we have to leave and book in another hotel

It was super dirty, I asked to be relocated to a different room and apparently they were worse than mine. Also the AC had mold and the toilet had poop on the lid. Bathtub didn’t have paint. Never again will book.

The exercise room have 2 pieces of equipment and neither of them work. Staff said the pool was closed for maintenance but is overgrown and doesn't look like it's been open for years

Absolutely nothing - it was disgusting!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. We paid extra for a sofa bed that doesn't exist in the property even though our confirmation and room stated there was 3 beds in our room. We addressed this with reception who did not care and said if we weren't happy we were free to check out early. If it wasn't for the fact it was the Indy500 weekend and there wasn't any other hotels available, we would have! Instead we had to have 1 person in our family sleep on the floor for 4 nights. The property and booking.com have been completely shocking in their handling of this situation - save yourself the hassle and back problems and avoid this property at all costs!

I SLEPT IN MY CAR BECAUSE MY ROOM WAS CANCELED EVEN THOUGH I CONFIRMED MY RESERVATION!! F BOOK.COM

I confirmed my reservation on the booking.com website and had a confirmation number and a PIN number. My credit card number was on file. I showed up to check in at 11:30 P.M. and was told that they don't have a room reserved for anyone by my name. The front desk lady said ''those third party reservation do this all the time. They take your money, but don't tell us that you're coming". I called booking.com toll free number and they told me that I had to check in by 6:00 p.m. or they would give my room away! I was absolutely NOT informed of this stupid stipulation, and when I voiced my displeasure to the phone rep (a middle eastern guy named Nino, I think), HE HUNG UP ON ME!! So, I slept in my car in Indianapolis IN the night before the INDY 500, because every hotel room in that city had been booked for months...like mine. they also CHARGED ME $150 because I didn't Show up and I didn't cancel the reservation with 24 hour notice!! So, I will never stay at an Extended Stay American Suites, and I will never use Booking.com.

Felt like section 8 living. Broken glass on multiple doors and windows. Paint chipping, weeds extremely over grown. First room smelled like cat pee and the coach was obviously used as a scratching post. When we asked to get clean towels we were told you only get them once a week.

I mean the location was half way convenient.

First arrived and everything seemed fine. Checked in, went up to our room and it was trashed. Bedding on the floor, wet towels, room stunk, trash bag spilled. Went back to the front desk and Hesus then told me that he didn't have anybody to turn down the room and had no other rooms available. After telling him that we had just drove 8 hours to get there he decided to let give us a room they don't rent do to it having a issue. Was also told I would get the room comped but had to wait for his GM to come in the next morning. Next morning came along and his GM didn't show up to work, he then changed his tune and told me that there was no way she or himself would comp the room. Didn't have anywhere else to go and without a refund couldn't afford to book a different hotel. They deactivated my room key 3 separate times, left a note on my door to "speak with front desk" but went I went down nobody seemed to know anything. Not pleased at all, worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I will absolutely not be staying with them again. 0/10.

The manager made us wait 20 minutes before helping us. Then was extremely rude when talking to us. Beds are uncomfortable, super thin sheet and blankets. The pillows were awful. The air conditioner one didn't work the other kept shutting off. Holes every where,dirty,bathroom door was broke. Very disappointed.

The location is great for traveling to Lucas oil stadium.

Classic bait and switch... Made reservations on September 12th 2022. We get there August 1st 2023 and they don't have the room I reserved. They only have a non suite room with one chair and no separate bedroom or pull out couch for my son, LIKE I RESERVED, due to "flooding ". I can have $50 off the 1st night only. There are no other rooms. Take it or leave it...

Extremely nice welcome by the guy at the reception on our late arrival. Very nice woman at the reception in the morning when we left, too. Room is comfortable, staff is nice.

The only thing which is not perfect is the general condition of the hotel and room - it is OK, but some renovations would help a lot.

Spacious and clean room at a reasonable price.

Having a kitchenette is very beneficial to our lifestyle as we have special diets. This means we rarely eat out and are always buying and preparing our own food.

Some noise in the halls during the night and no silverware our cookware in the kitchenette. Also, no hair dryer in the room.

Terrible! Picture online is deceiving. Worst “hotel” we ever stayed in…should call itself a Motel.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The second we walked into hotel, it smelled of marijuana. As we walked to our room, 3 doors down had music playing so loud you could hear it in our room. The room was not very clean and not a great smell to it. Furniture was old and beat up, outlet on lamp did not work so unable to charge phone at night. TV and WIFI did not work. Bathroom had no hot or even warm water…only ice cold. Towel and sheets were very rough and scratchy….extremely low quality. Bed was not a queen….tiny! Had 2 small pillow that had some sort of plastic under the case so the sound and comfort were miserable. Bed was hard as a rock! All in all, I would NEVER stay here again even if the room cost $10/night
