It was perfect for my needs

Typical parking lot maze with numerous hotels and some residential.

Breakfast was good

I didn't like I had to keep going back to the front desk and get my key reprogrammed and I didn't like the attitude of the guy at the front desk when I was trying to check in early

Very clean and Comfortable.

Very well maintained and upkeep of the rooms is phenomenal. Even though it was only two nights, I felt like I was home

The room was amazing. Everything was so clean. The staff could not have been more helpful. I will Def stay there again

My only complaint was the 1980 toilet. It was so low to the floor, it was uncomfortable for my knees getting up and down. And it was an old fashioned flush, no pressure.

We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The property is in the process of being renovated but our room was clean and comfortable.

I needed to extend my stay but the hotel was booked and I had to find other accommodations.

good value short term stay with family

The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated/redecorated. The sofa and bed were both very comfortable. The rooms had 2 giant TVs, and the kitchenette was very nice.

The bathroom door and the bedroom doors did not shut all the way. With the bedroom door, the plate on the door frame was off set from the mechanism on the door, meaning you had to hold it closed or else the door would pop open. The bedroom doors would not shut all the way, so there was a gap. Since the pool area was under construction, we were allowed to use the pool at the Fairfield next door, which was very considerate. However, the pool was frigidly cold, as though the heater was turned off (or there isn't a heater).

The only issue was the loud banging and noises above our room from 9 pm to 11ish. I would probably request ..no one above me so top floor.

From the time we checked in everyone was so nice and friendly!

This place was hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everyone was so nice! The rooms were spacious, we stayed in the two bedroom suite.

The only thing I can knock them for is the swimming pool was under repairs. But right next door their sister hotel would let us use theirs.

Disappointing

Nothing!!!

Everything!!! Got there and the front desk clerk was unprofessional and gave me a hard time with my reservations!! Didn’t have the reservation in order! The room smell like dirty laundry. Nothing worked the fireplace, the fire pit, some of the key pads didn’t work. The work said “she couldn’t give me clean linings for the bed cause she didn’t have access to it.” I asked for the manager she stated “ she would leave a message for them to talk to me in the morning and didn’t do that. I ask the day shift clerk for the manager and still didn’t get the manager. The guest up over me had 4 teenagers and it sounded like they where going to come through the ceiling on me! I called the front seat and ask if they would tell them to keep it down a bit and nothing happened. This place is very disappointing!!

We love the suites!

The pool said it was heated but it was ice cold. The elevator also locked up on us and the call button inside didn’t work. We had to call the front desk to get help. Thankfully they were fast acting.

Everything was great. Breakfast was good. Room was nice.

We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned which meant we did not get more towels.

Room was great for size of family with kids.

Hallways smelled like marijuana the entire night and next day. Pool was closed which the guy told us it has been closed for a year. Unfortunately the kids were bored.

Everything was great except for the fact that the pool wasn’t open but other than that, everything was great. They had a variety of breakfast, clean hotel, would definitely stay here again

The room was spacious and comfortable

The person above my room walked around all night and I could hear every step they took. Also heard every time they opened the closet or drawers. Had to leave the tv on just to have some noise to drown out the annoying noise
