It was a decent stay over all but could have used some improvements.

The inside common areas and lobby were nice plus it was a great price for the area I needed to stay in. The best part by far was the attendant working the front desk both evenings of my stay.

There were some things that could definitely use some updating or repair while others could use a thorough cleaning. The breakfast that was offered was a very unfortunate letdown that my family and I had counted on in order to keep the cost of our weekend trip to our daughter’s cheerleading competition as low as possible.

Dirty and ran down

I understand the price was lower for the area of $70 vs $100 but the room had stains on a bed(blood), missing comforter on other bed, pee uncleaned along the front of the toilet, wall paint chipping all over, room was set at 68°F and felt like 90°F, hall to room the floor was very grimy, and very worn finishings. The place has potential to be fairly nice but the basics of cleaning are not being completed. I did bring up how hot the room was even though it was set lower to the young lady at the desk then I stated I was just going to check out of the room.

Well the locations convenient. It may be the only thing they have going for them.

The breakfast says continental but a waffle some corn flakes or toast is not continental. The place isn't clean the linens on the bed are not clean this place needs a whole new power wash inside n out. Housekeeping unless u watch for them u will have to go to the office n get ur own towels tp or whatever u may need.

Not a good hotel to stay in.

Night staff was wonderful.

Cleanliness was not up to par, Sheets and comforters were all stained, not a very good look. Breakfast waffles were very good but the bagels and bread were very stale and hard. Day staff wasn't very friendly. I'm not able to show photos because my phone was left behind in Indianapolis.

This hotel needs a lot of modifications.

The evening staff was very nice and tried to be attentive to our needs.

When we got into the rooms I didn't like what I saw. The rooms weren't vacauumed very well. There was cereal under the desk and crumbs with some typed of plastic on the side of the bed toward the wall by the chair. There was a bug that look like a small centipede in the bathroom. There was a spider by the window. The sheets were stained and the top cover of the bed had huge stains on them. For breakfast the waffles were good but the bread, bagles were hard not fresh at all. The staff (male) was friendly but when he offered us another room we found a spider in the bathroom. He did insenuate my daughter being a liar. So we won't be staying at this hotel again. I don't have pictures because Im not filling this out on my phone.

Hardly much to like the property seemed vacant when first pulled up the parking lot and driveway was half dirt potholes everywhere.

You could tell the entire hotel hallways and common areas were absolutely disgusting and filthy, the room itself was not too bad, but legitimately everything else about this hotel was horrendous

Rooms were updated and clean and hotel is close to the airport. That's all they have going for them.

The rooms look like they have been newly updated. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. If you could teleport into the bedroom from your car and never experience any other part of this hotel or the parking lot, you'd have a pretty decent opinion about this hotel. I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and inexpensive for the 6 hours I would be sleeping there. Both the night and morning staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The area around the hotel is older and run down. The outside of the hotel itself (parking/area) isn't great. The rear/side entrances were old and rundown. The rear entryway was dirty and dingy and in need of an update. There is no elevator even though this is a 2-story hotel. You can tell the entire building is very old and run down, but they've tried to make it better by updating the rooms. If the rooms had matched the rest of the experience, I would not have stayed there that night. Fortunately, the rooms looked updated and were clean.

You get what you pay for

The front desk staff was friendly, plenty of parking, and the water pressure was good.

The hotel is run down and dirty. The ice machines are covered in garbage, slime, stains, 2nd floor smelled like someone died. We thought we turned down a closed off hall by mistake since doors were open and the rooms had mounds of garbage, old furniture piles, debris. Nope, they just forgot to close those doors, but it was indeed our hall. Breakfast was basically a waffle on a dirty iron or stale cereal or bread. No one came by to clean. Not once. We had to beg for towels and tp. Dead roach on the bathroom floor , maintenance began working outside scrapping / construction right outside our room starting at 6 am. Who does that!?! It's not condemning, but its not worth the price they ask either. Do better or lower your price to match the scummyness.

Nice staff, rough rooms

Our room had bugs. Looked like a roach, probably was a roach. We told the front desk and they quickly helped us get a different room, which was great service. The new room's floor was soaked by the condensation of the air conditioner and made my socks wet when I walked over it. It smelled potentially moldy. We were too tired to fuss further and we were only staying for a day so we just slept and checked out the next day. Not my favorite experience. Very kind staff though.

Indianapolis La Quinta - 7/23/2025 Below is a review of our stay on 7/23/2025 1.While checking in I was informed that there was no elevator on the property. I told the young woman that, that was unacceptable, since both my husband and my self were 76 years old and could not lug 2 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. She did change our room to the first floor. 2. There was no advertised airport shuttle. In order to make our 6am flight, the night manager had to take us in his private van at a cost of $5 each. 3.The desk chair had one wheel missing, making it unusable. 4.There was only 1 towel, 1 face cloth, and no hand towels. 5.The room was very humid. Everything in it was damp. Sheets, towel, carpet. 6.Walking across the carpet I ruined a pair of socks, making the bottom of the socks a dark brown and wet. I threw them away. 7.Even though we were not going to use the pool, it was closed. The cover was littered with all kinds of stuff. 8.No hangers in the closet. 9.No - Do Not Disturb sign. 10.There was an ice machine/ vendor machine in the hallway that was leaking, with dirty rags left lying on the floor in front of it. We have stayed at LaQuinta's many times over the years and have always had a reliable stay. Needless to say, after this experience we will never stay at another one.

I have health issue with respiratory system Not pleasant all...The front desk girl was very short.. no hospitality...The room was nasty the tube was dirty fabulous smell ... Sheets stained not enough hangers no coffee pot nasty towels only 2 towels hallways where just nasty as well .. thank god I take all my cleaning supplies and bedding wherever I go .. I was traveling for the Grand Prix race the worst experience..HOTEL IS IN NEED OF SHOUTING DOWN AND REMODEL AND The city really needs to shut it down parking lot was nast as well.. not a safe feeling ..garbage cig all or the ground .. just plane nasty ! hall way rugs smell and covered with lets guess FABULOUS .. Not worth the money or handicap hazzard

The staff was rude when I found out the facility did not have an elevator and I request a handicap accessible room. The card would t unlock the door to the room and the staff at the front wasn't friendly when she was told. Her comment was " i just made those cards" The handicap bar in the bathroom tub/shower was not anchored at the bottom of the bar. The water for the shower/tub was either ice cold or extremely hot. We also had to ask for more bath towels and then was given very small towels by the same staff ay the front desk. The facility was dingy and not worth the money.

Room was ok, walls were dirty and painint falling off. Door was very bad. Room smelled musty. The remote for TV had to be washed off, it had something sticky on it when 1st picked up. The halls had trash next to doors that were never picked up. Guested left entry doors that were ment to be secured blocked opened for "friends" to come and go, it was a party room across the hall from us.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was day old bread, small poppi seed muffins, hard boiled eggs, some yogurt, I would not trust to eat, and one choice of strawberry malt waffle mix.

Not much. Other than being relatively close to the convention center it didn’t have much to offer.

The rooms were dirty and run down. I went to the front desk and kindly asked the girl if they could change the pillow cases in one room because there was lipstick on it. She argued with me and said they had already been “approved as clean” so there was no need for them to to anything. Breakfast was not as advertised. Whole place was dirty and run down. Missing light covers, stained carpet and linens, moldy walls, etc. REAKED of smoke even though the whole building is supposedly smoke free. Was not impressed at all.
