The staff quickly fixed the situation by getting me another room immediately they did a great job

The room they gave me was not cleaned up yet but as I explained the staff was right on it and had me a clean room immediately no problem I have stayed there before and I’ll stay there again

Rooms weren’t clean. The smoke detector in my room was broken and eould go off at 2am nightly for about 2 hours straight

Do Not Stay, it's not a clean place

Easy access to the interstate

Well, I didn't like anything about the hotel other than it's in a good location with easy access to the interstate. There was a stabbing in the parking lot just before we arrived which was awful. Luckily the lady survived and the police caught the man. We found bed bugs and cockroaches in our room. The smell of weed in the hallway was horrible. There were several drunk people in the lobby Friday night and Saturday morning. On Saturday morning we had students and families in the lobby getting ready to leave and a drunk lady came through almost naked. We left before falling asleep the second night because of the bugs. We didn't see any bugs the first night but the room was really cold when we got there. It was late and we were extremely tired after a 16 hour driving trip. The second night our room was nice and warm after we got back from our adventures and we found bed bugs in one of the beds and a cockroach on the wall by the bed. When we left at 1130pm I told the lady about the bugs and she offered to give us a room on the 4th floor. She said it was clean up there, they hadn't put anyone up there.....I don't understand, it almost seemed like she knew about the bugs, and weed issues on the second floor but had put us there anyway. She offered to refund our money and didn't argue about it, like she wasn't surprised at all.

I had a good stay and would stay again!

It was close to a store and a place to get something to eat.It was close to my job the staff was very friendly on day and night shift.

They didn't have bar soap or lotion bottles they had despencers and the pump slow so it took a minute to get soap or lotion. The bathroom wasn't nasty but housekeeping could do a little better.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Not so much. Proximity to the city center and the airport. Price.

Locked door to access the adjoining room = you can clearly hear what’s happening next door (TV, children, conversation). Noise from the fridge. Room on the ground floor near the lobby = noise from staff, noise from smokers outside the building right behind my window. No breakfast at all. If I open my curtain, everyone can see directly into my room. Impossible to open the window to air out the room. Upon entering my room, a strong smell of dampness. Showerhead mounted too low and swivels on its own during the shower. My room was not cleaned for 2 out of the 6 days of my stay. I request an invoice for my stay and it is refused, supposedly because Booking must provide it. Yet it is clearly stated in Booking’s terms that it is the hotel’s responsibility to issue it for the total amount paid!

The check in and check out people were friendly.

The room was dirty, the floor had chunks of mud on it and some pink chunks of something. Bathroom sink and tub was dirty and had someone else’s hair in it. The room stunk like stale cigarette smoke.

Worst hotel stay of my life. Period.

Nothing.

People hanging out in cars in the parking lot. Smelt like week at the entrance to the hotel. Hairs in our sheets, pillows, in the sink and in the shower. Strong smell of cigarettes in the hallways. Sleep in your car instead of sleeping in this hotel. I had a three night booking but left within a few hours of checking in. I couldn’t handle it.

The staff was friendly and took care of our needs when we asked.

The hotel was not as nice or clean as it looked in the photos. I saw a roach in my room one night- couldn't tell if it was dead or alive but didn't want to find out. Housekeeping opened my door one morning despite me putting a "Do not disturb" tag on my front door - they wanted to change the bathroom towels and were nice. However, I could have easily been naked when they opened my door. There are a lot of smokers who stay at this hotel and smoke outside the front entrance and parking lot at all hours of the day and night which I didn't like. The room phone in my girlfriend's room didn't work and her TV had no signal. I had to request an iron and ironing board - something that most hotels already include in the room. My soap dispenser didn't work by the sink

The hotel was decent for a one night stay but will not be retuning. We stayed there once before and it was not this bad.

The staff were nice and helpful. Property was in a decent location. Beds were pretty comfortable.

The floors in our room were very dirty, light bulbs were missing, musty smell throughout the room and hallways, cigarette burn at the bottom of our sheets, the floor was creaking from the room above, traffic noise all night long, walls are very thin so you can hear people talking

Great place to stay

Staff is so nice and helpful. The location is near the airport and near public bus. There are snack and drink machines for guests. Airport shuttle service is available but we didn’t use because we have to go to another town.

The property is quite old and not that clean. Coffee kettle had not been cleaned. There was leftover coffee in it from previous guests. Floor had not been properly cleaned.

Race weekend blues.

Nice room with comfortable bed.

NOISE! I could hear people in the lobby talking like they were standing in my room. Car alarms in the parking lot. At 5 am someone outside my room vacuuming. Also tv cable was disconnected so had to have a tech come fix it. No breakfast. Price was jacked up for race weekend.

Good value for the price. Quiet except for some road noise from the nearby freeway. Clean.

Some minor things. Soap and lotion dispensers were empty. TV remote controls were confusing. You had to use two.

We are hotel with great staff.

The staff was very helpful and very kind. But the clientele that stayed at the hotel was not. It was a welfare hotel with a few guest rooms. Although clean, quiet and friendly staff, the people staying there were unnerving.

The occupants of the hotel. We were traveling for sports, the other hotels were very overpriced and picked this one. Pictures on line definitely did not show the welfare people living in the hotel.

Room was comfortable and location was good. Had business conference in downtown. Everything near the downtown was either booked or way too expensive. This worked out quite nicely. I didn't rent a car but Lyft was easily accessible.

Bed was comfortable

The $100 deposit that wasn't on the site when the room was booked and we weren't allowed guests in our room. I saw someone else check out and they didn't ask if he had deposit, he just turned in his key and left. Also when we left and came back we was asked by receptionist each time what room we was in.
