Solid choice for easy access to Indy

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and attentive. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of choice, but enough to get you going for sure. Location is close drive to many options, but not much in walking distance. Overall I would recommend it.

Unfortunately, nothing the hotel could fix. I wish there were more food offerings within walking distance. Also an outdoor patio with some greenspace would be a nice addition.

Even though we were given the wrong time for breakfast someone fetched us breakfast. Very clean. Wish fridge had a freezer.

Good overall but fully stock the bathroom please.

Room was clean. And staff was polite.

In the shower the shampoo bottle was completely empty. Good thing I brought my own shampoo.

The staff that checked us in worked with us well.

Checking out waited at front desk for 15-20 mins and no one came to the desk, so I just had to leave the room keys there with a note with room number. Breakfast also was not ready of even being prepped on time. The comforter also had random black/dark red splatter.

Exceptional

I liked everything. It was nice and clean. Small TV but it had all the essential channels. Bathroom was very clean and neat. Shower had shampoo and other things.

Only thing I thought could've been better was the AC. It was cold but just thought it could've blew a bit harder because at times it did feel a bit warm

Overall a nice value hotel

I honestly don't remember this hotel too much because I was in town for a cousin's wedding and it was a busy weekend; however, I remember the hotel being clean and in a convenient location.

Probably could've been a more comfortable bed.

the design was pleasing

mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. it took about 20 mins to check in since no one was at the desk when we arrived. the breakfast was not great even for continental breakfast standards. the pool seemed old and had lots of rust on the metal.

Ok Stay

King suite had a lot of space.

Sofa bed should have been on another wall so you could pull it out and still be able to get to the bathroom. Pool was also out of order, which is a big let down for our son.

Short & sweet.

The staff at this location were all very friendly and accommodating so that was really nice. I did not expect too much from staying at a Fairfield Inn, it is not a 5 * resort so if that is what you are expecting, you should check yourself. But, for what it is, it's nice and gets the job done. Again, the staff were the highlight. All very friendly, and welcoming! This hotel was close to the airport so you're about 15-ish from the downtown Indianapolis area and it was not too difficult to get into downtown from here but I would not recommend staying here if you want to be able to come back and forth to your room from your day out as there is really nothing in the immediate area - it looks almost desolate. I think it would be worth the few extra bucks to just say in the downtown area vs by the airport. But we booked the day of, so we did not have many options.

tv didnt work in room terrible customer service no one was at front desk for 30 minutes for us to check in breakfast was gone by 6:12am and it started at 6am. the rooms were uncomfortably small the pictures don’t match up with what the hotel looks like

Comfortable and easy access to IND.

Firm bed!! got a really good night’s sleep. Reception staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The shuttle drivers were on prompt and helpful.

only stayed one night so didn’t really notice anything amiss.

Pleasant

Not much option for someone who has dairy and egg allergy.

The quality of the towels were worn out and small. There were no hair dryers in multiple rooms since we stayed there with our team they said the same thing. The front desk lady was not very helpful and rude. She seems young to be cranky, but didn't even smile to greet us.

Room was a nice size, bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was good!

The fire alarm in our room started beeping at 5 in the morning and wouldn’t stop. Also the pool in the hotel wasn’t open and you had to go across the street if you wanted to swim.

property was clean and quiet. breakfast was great.

check out was at 11:00am not 12:00pm like the booking confirmation stated. when called to ask for an extra hour for check out staff insisted time was 11:00 and didn’t want to see proof of the booking confirmation. Asked for more towels but staff didn’t state we had to go get them. We never received towels for our day two stay.

It was fine, nothing super special

Breakfast was only offered between 7-9 am, so never got to try it out. Would like to see breakfast go to at least 10 am, especially on the weekend. The front desk staff was very helpful and personable.

Increase time for breakfast availability. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom with drywall hanging down. would like more comfortable chairs to sit in.
