not what i was expecting i'm a returning customer but i feel i should get a percentage back because

the hotel hot tub jets were not working. then the a/c wasn't working we came just for the hot tub to relax for my birthday and Valentine's Day but it wasn't great.

Had to call front desk 3 times due to customers above our room continuing to stomp/make loud noises from 10pm til midnight. My family got no sleep and my son had. Taekwondo tournament the following day.

Disappointment

I was comfortable on the bed

I went to this location only for the hot tub just to find out hours later that, it wasn't working properly with the eve of the new year it should have been working and if I would have known prior to getting the room, I would not have gone there. Second was the breakfast no bacon no sausage, no meats and no fresh fruit. This place was a total disappointment and to add insult to injury they dint even apologize or try to making it right in anyway. I they should have rectify the situation, if I tell you I'm here because of the hotub and you cant inform me and then hours later when i was ready and excited to be in it mind you, I go down there and its not working totaly wasting my energy going back and forth wondering why would you give me a room I told her it was the one thing I needed after a long week and wanted to enter in the new year relaxed instead I wad upset. It broke my trust with booking.com they rated this hotel over 8.6 nope this hotel and the location is less way less

Great breakfast, comfy beds, pool, and airport shuttle

In my family's opinion (kids aged 9 and 11) this was a perfect airport hotel. Between the pool and (actually hot) hot tub, comfy beds, excellent breakfast, and airport shuttle you can't ask for anything more. But on top of that, they have cookies and water, a packed breakfast option, and coffee carafes all day long. And expanding on the breakfast, it went above and beyond: juice, yogurt, toast and bagels, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, waffle machine—it has everything you have ever dreamed of in a motel breakfast. And the breakfast room is super clean. Highly recommend.

My 9-year old son said "the pool could have been a degree or two warmer, but please still rate this hotel 10".

Very poor service

On my first night there the young lady working the desk was super pleasant & welcoming however on my third day and there after staff didn’t seem to care about concerns. I request for my room to be clean on night three and extra towels. After returning to my room that evening the room was just as we left it. I voice my concerns to young lady but she act if my complaints were involved and cared less to make it right. Very poor communication.

The clean staff didn’t speak English and very unfriendly. I made it my business to speak every morning on my way out however not one smile or comprehend or acknowledge me as a guess. This saddened me. The noise from the people above my room was reported three times and the front desk staff blow me off as if it wasn’t their problem as the noise went on until 1am in the morning. I will never book at this place again.

Overall, our two night stay was very pleasant.

The front desk person, Jamie, knew that we had gotten in early on our flight and had no place to go for a few hours. She changed the room assignment to get us in earlier. This made a world of difference to us. We were here to have a Celebration of Life for my recently deceased husband. We live in Florida but both sides of our family live in Indiana. We were able to rest for a bit before going to the funeral home to set everything up. I have never dealt with a kinder person than Jamie. The breakfast lady, Kathy was very nice too.

The pool and spa were closed. I sure would have enjoyed using them.

The free breakfast was satisfactory. That's about it.

Air conditioner never got the room below 78 degrees and was quite loud when running. The beds were not comfortable. The sofa bed was unbearable. Those things made for a very uncomfortable night for everyone in the room. The ice machine on our floor stopped working and we had to go to a different floor for ice. The pool and hot tub area seemed a bit dirty, the hot tub had lots of suds in it, like there was soap in the water and there were several spots throughout the area where paint was peeling. Just rather unsightly. The whole place gave off a very low rent/unkept feeling. Would not recommend to anyone for the price we paid.

Lackluster

Convenient. Good price. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Both rooms had strong musty smells, that didn't get better with air and exhaust fan on. Carpet was worn and stained. Couldn't find a luggage cart. When desk was asked they told us they were probably all on the guest floors.

Location was nice that was only thing

Pool was ice cold .hot tub was filled with people and newborns . Random people parked in parking lot coming in to just get in hot tub . Shower in room was filthy . Crumbs on floor. Bed sheets were stained and dirty . Ice machine was broken vending was all the way on first floor .

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The shower in our room was set up for disabled persons which we are not but the shower heads did not work properly and if we were disabled would have just made it more difficult to shower than easier.. Had mold in freezer and refrigerator areas.

I needed a last-minute room because my flight was diverted from Chicago to Indianapolis. Everyone on our flight was scrambling to get a hotel room. I had stayed at a Country Inn before and liked it. So I went with that choice. The girl at the desk was very helpful. My room was clean and inviting. I really was only there to sleep before my flight in the morning. But I was able to enjoy breakfast. I also appreciated the shuttle back to the airport.

If it weren’t so noisy, it would’ve been comfortable.

My room and bed were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well and I was comfortable in the room.

The room was extremely noisy. There was a party or something going on in the lobby or common area and there was yelling and screaming and carrying on until nearly 1:00 AM. There was also extreme sounds of people moving furniture or something making that noise.

Kind of hard to get to. There was a lot going on softball teams and families for a celebration of life. There was no bath mat in the bathroom. Breakfast was crowded and the selection was limited, no fruit, tater gems were cold.
