The mold, the broken elevator, the humidity inside the room,the carpets were dirty. Also it was in a really rough part of town.

Location and price.

Plaster on the ceiling was missing and peeling in several locations. It really made the room feel very inferior.

The location

The general cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. The room itself was okay. They have to fix the elevator. The elevator was not working the entire time I stayed at this location. In as much as they provided breakfast, they can switch a few things.

Large room, comfortable bed, waffle making facilities for breakfast, local bus stop right in front of the hotel. Fast food restaurants are in the near by foot.

Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during a busy weekend, but this was probably just a temporary technical problem. In our room, the sink was in the room, not in the bathroom, and the light above the sink could only be turned on together with the entire room lighting (I'm not sure if all rooms are designed this way).

Friendliness cleanliness and value for your money

The shower needs grab bars. I almost fell. The tub need a no skid mat in tub/shower

The hotel in general needs renovation, such as the room, elevator was out of use, had to use stairs I wish that would have been a known factor before booking, would have stayed somewhere else.

Location and nice staff and firm bed

The bathtub didn’t drain, so I didn’t shower after my dad did, too gross. The wall painting wasn’t finished. The room smelled awful- smoke? Marijuana? It was intense and got into all my luggage

Very comfortable and clean.

Electrical outlets in lamps failed - lamps had to be replaced. Also the lounge chair was too low and made standing up difficult.

Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed breakfast. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. We needed a bottle opener, and they gave us one. Waffles were good especially with the Nutella!

Room itself was in rough shape. Cracked window, peeling paint, hole in the furniture, graffiti on the bathroom wall, etc. It was a bit loud as well since you could hear through the walls and ceilings pretty easily (vacuuming, doors opening and closing, loud talking or stomping, etc.)

I liked that it was very clean and the gentleman that checked us in helped me upgrade to a double bed from a single bed. He was very helpful and kind. My children enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The electrical plugs in the room needs to be updated. There was only one plug by the bed to charge cell phones. The bathrooms/ shower needs to be updated. I am handicap and there were no grip bars to hold onto in the shower.

I normally never have any issues with the comfort as a matter of fact it is usually my go to hotel , however this last trip I most recently stayed there everything seemed great at first I booked through booking and upon arriving it was pretty easy getting my room and the night audit was awesome, however after checking into the room and deciding that I wanted to book for an additional night I immediately went back down to front desk and let the concierge know. His response was to come back first thing in the morning and he'd be sure to get me set up in same room at the same cost. He wasn't able to just add additional night right that second because I booked through booking.... So after going to bed and having the early wake up to ensure I was going to be able to enjoy having room for the following night (which would've been tonight through Saturday) I was abruptly told that it wasnt going to happen unless I paid significantly more than i was promised to pay , and I stayed calm and responded in a respectful manner that i did not have the extra funds in my account to cover and was quite upset about incident. I did however remain calm when trying to explain what was promised to me the night before and that if I had known that it would have been more out of my pocket the following morning to rent the room for an additional night that I would've paid for it the original night I checked in. After being let down by the morning concierge I asked for a manager and was dismissed by her rudely that Mike wouldn't be in for the weekend

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very spacious

I enjoyed my stay altogether and have no complaints except maybe offer free laundry? And bigger hygiene bottles!

The room was clean but the tub drained slowly

Friendly and informative staff. Always nice coming back to the room all cleaned and made bed. Breakfast was great and always stocked.

Pool Don't work elevator doesn't work at times

The staff was great we had a booking issue with booking.com not having our rooms and the counter guy made everything right and went above and beyond he did a fantastic job for us and some of our baseball teammates who had same issues

Great location for what we needed! Pool was nice, breakfast was good!

Double queen room was a tad small.

Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool area. It was nice.

One of our rooms smelled musty. Like there was a moisture issue. Room was clean but musty.
