Decent place to stay for the night.

Very close to the highway. Not far from downtown either. A good Vietnamese pho (Pho 1+) is within walking distance.

The room had a water leak, the employee at the counter could care less when we told them. There was nothing for breakfast.

I won’t go back again

The sofa and chair is old and dirty. The comfort is full of electrostatics. The heater is noisy, it stops and starts constantly, awaking me several times in the night. The WiFi speed is unstable. The receptionist (Indian) had no smile while I checked in, check-in is vey slow. The breakfast has no egg, the tableware is low quality, thin plastic.

It was adequate but for the money, would stay somewhere else.

The breakfast was sub-standard and didnt last long enough. There was no elevator (although they did have someone take our bags up stairs). It was expensive and felt like a lower value motel for a expensive hotel price. My first impression was, "I'm not sure my cousin and I will be safe here".(the area seemed sketchy when we arrived after dark) It was a bit better come morning. The property did not live up to the pictures online.

Night clerk didn’t stop guests from being loud in hallways after hours. There wasn’t a waste basket in the bathroom.

Very clean. Staff was super. Beds were comfortable. Location was around a lot of restaurants and Walmart behind the hotel. My son said they had the best coffee

Water pressure in shower was not so great. A/C made room comfortable but wanted a little colder. Breakfast was very basic. Only thing hot wa the pancakes. Rest was yogurt, wrapped donuts and cereal. No sugar free creamer and beside regular sugar was only sweet and low so I didn’t get a cup of coffee

Surprisingly nice for $105

We chose it for the price, only $105 a night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the facility. Recently updated decor, clean room that didn't smell bad and they offered breakfast. We did book an accessible room on-line. Once we got there, the man stated that they only have 2, but one was already occupied, and the 2nd was being repaired. They did, however, offer us a room on the first floor with 2 double beds and no carpet, so that was acceptable. The beds were ok, bedding was nice. The room was very dark with all the lights off thanks to the black-out drapes and not a ton of glaring LED indicator lights. The breakfast was pretty sad with no fruit or protein offered. But if you just need a clean room for the night, this is fine.

The breakfast was pretty sad. Only coffee, pancake batter (you had to pour the batter into the grittle and make your own pancake) tiny mini muffins and stale bagles or cereal. Needless to say, we went out for breakfast.

I reported to the front desk about the AC staff was right on finding a new room. We were moved within 15 minutes.

Location was where we needed to be. Ac was not working reported to the front desk. They checked another room. AC was not working in there finally got a third room where the AC was working and everything was fine.

The young female staff who attended to me during check out early in the morning of Tuesday May 20. She was courteous, willing to assist and very professional

It seems the cleaning staff and their supervisor looked for a way not to do their job. I was told cleaning would be every other day. But even on days cleaning was due, they were either in a rush or looked for an excuse to avoid the work. The male staff (appears like a supervisor) always seemed moody and looked like he was being bothered. I wasn't sure if it was language related or attitudinal

I sent an email doubt anyone reads them. 1. No fire extinguisher on our floor missing 2. No door upper lock missing on our door 3. No coffee in room ( was listed) 4. Bathroom light must have fan on very bad idea😤 5. No TV guide incorrect TV remote 6. Felt unsafe and breakfast minimal

Perfect for those balling on a budget.

Nothing fancy here, just the bare necessities. The rooms were pretty clean (minus the tub). The customer service was good. All the staff members that we interacted with were helpful. There were plenty of places close by to eat at. They had a nice picnic area outside, which was a plus.

The breakfast was a bit lackluster, which was a little disappointing since they put "very good breakfast" in their description. The tub wasn't completely clean.

If you're passing threw- it'll do.

-The room appeared clean. -Bathroom was stocked with extra roll of toilet paper, towels/rags. -Bedding smelled freshly laundered. - microwave - small refrigerator -large TV - comfortable bed -shower was nice -Walmart nearby -eateries nearby -parking - breakfast was available

-My kid located a baby roach on the ceiling. - The AC blew cold, but we kept making it cooler as it felt like the air didn't stay cold.

Disappointing

Not really. If any, I traveled with my dog and it accommodates pets.

Somehow a stranger was granted with a key for my room and came in while I was taking a shower. My watch and silver ring were just laying on the desk close to the door. Luckily my dog barked at the one who came in and he/she backed out. The hotel owner said sorry and that's it.

Overall the stay was okay. The rooms were well cleaned and had no lingering smells.

If you have ever heard the phrase "lipstick on a pig" then you get this place. From afar it looks nice till you notice nothing is new but paint. The furniture and mattresses are old and outdated. The reception I received was far from welcoming. Seemed to be an interruption to the owners and they were rude to me.

Very clean and no sense of moisture in the rooms, which is rare for a hotel. Staff were responsible, attentive and kind. Good location. Would recommend. Also had a nice assortment of items for breakfast.

Would encourage staff to smile a little more. I didn't see a lady on staff - that might help. Outside visual, aesthetic value could definitely be improved - selling yourself short, as the inside is much better!
