There are no coffee machines in the individual rooms, the breakfast was subpar without many options or fruit, there were not enough towels and washcloths, and limited toilet tissue.

Room was nasty, water bottle left in it, trash in can, ceiling stuff left on toilet and in the shower, had a leak in the bottom shower faucet. And the top one sprayed everything, dirty towels, floors not swept or mopped. Had requested a king bed, got 2 queens.

Absolutely nothing. It was very nasty… The carpets were filthy, the sheets were not changed. It looks like they had burn holes in the covers, chairs were nasty, the tub was not cleaned at all, pubic hairs in the tub, blood stains on the wall shall I go on…

I didn’t like anything about the property.

They charged me for 6 nights when I paid for 2 nights. The first room we were in, the toilet didn’t work. The room we stayed in was dusty and weathered. There were people fighting in the hall, it was so noisy and anyone in the hall woke you up. The pillows have seen better days, and were very thin and lumpy-the blanket- if that’s what you want to call it was barely thicker than the sheet. When I tried to get reimbursed for the double charge they did on my account- I was then charged for the third time. It’s incredibly inconvenient to be charged 6 nights plus $100 security deposit when you should have only been charged for 2 nights. The front desk lady was no help what so ever. Basically telling me to come back in the morning to speak to the manager. When I came back in the morning, no manager- same front desk lady from the previous night.

They will not let you take your waffle back to your room. The juice machine didn't work. Punch was provided. Was double charged the pet fee.

The hotel was dirty, dangerous and awful over all. I had to leave as soon as I got there I didn't even spend the night there was a bug in the bathroom, mold on the floors the couch had crumbs on it, there was no cleaning people the room was dirty and then not a safe location there were a lot of men following me to my room and trying to intimate me and there was no front desk staff to help me. There was a cop outside that helped me get to safety. This place needs to be shut down.

Place was absolutely terrible, both bed spreads had multiple burn holes in them clear as day. Carpet was filthy and mangled. There was patch work along every wall in the room. Looked like an abandoned house. The towels they gave us was so worn and shredded you could see right through them. There was no racks to even hang the towels 😂. Shower tub drain was backing up almost took a shower and bath at the sane time. Everytime we left the room my key card wouldn't work to get back in. They had to keep activating it Everytime. Also they want a $100 deposit on arrival even if already paid, that i still didn't get back yet. Never again, DO NOT BOOK this place. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The beds were filthy. I asked for clean sheets (not a refund, not a new room) and was told they couldn't. I had to press the issue to get clean bedding. The whole hotel absolutely reeked of marijuana.

The bed was okay.

There was mold on the bed skirt that sent my friend into an asthma attack. The ceiling had a hole in it. Quite large. The valence on the curtains had some paint on it. The phone was unplugged. The info on the website was incorrect. There were holes in the bedding. The fridge didn't shut so we turned it off. It defrosted. In the morning my friend fixed the shelf that was causing it not to shut and cleaned the floor with a towel. The towel got dirty from the floor and the maids thought it was ashes, so they told the front desk who charged us an extra $40 for smoking in our room, which we didn't do. We spent $200 for one night and it was horrible. We're in a hotel in Dayton right now that was only $117 and it's amazing. Feeling like a got a really bad deal.

I didn't like anything about this property.

Staff was not professional or friendly. Poor attitudes during both check in and check out. Upon entering the building, you were instantly hit with a foul odor. The hallways were filthy, bugs flying around, dirty walls and carpeting ect. When entering the room, it not only smelled terrible but was very dirty! Sheets were stained, holes in the curtains, bathroom had hair all over the floor and tub from previous guests and to top it all off, we saw a roach run across the floor. Will absolutely not be back or recommended to anyone!

AC works.

No pool, no juice, 1- 40 watt light bulb in kitchen, couldn't see very well. Slim pickens for breakfast. Old mattress. Stains on mattress where bedbugs had been at one time. $ 120 deposit which you get back after they count the towels. Maid does sloppy work.

horrible. Limited selection of stale cereal, skim milk. Carpet was frayed and dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged. Charged 125 deposit and only received 120 back. I didn't even shower there because I didn't want to catch anything. Disgusting and would not recommend

Worst hotel experience of our lives

Nothing. We ended up not staying at all. We had a family tragedy and our 6 yro granddaughter passed away in a car accident. We were at the hotel for maybe 2 hours before we got the news. We immediately packed up and went to let the front desk know. They were rude, refused to refund and on top of all that when we first got there there was a deposit fee of 120 dallors that we were not told about before hand. But was told that if we didn't pay the deposit fee we would not get our room and would also be charged for the first night anyway. It was a horrible experience with horrible people.

I rented 2 rooms. The first room stunk to high heaven of chemicals, then the other room smelled of so much bleach , then the third room smelled of cigarettes but by then it was like 1130 and was tired so we stayed in it. The TV didn't work for movies it was just on the main screen

When ai arrived I was told that I had no reservation and that I was at the wrong place. I then showed my confirmation for the room and I was still told I was wrong, staff continued to look and finally found it after about 30 minutes of waiting after driving over 4 hours. I finally went to gather my things from my car and went upstairs to the room that I was given only to have the staff come tell me that he made a mistake and gave me the wrong room. I then had to carry all my luggage back downstairs and wait another 10 minutes for the staff to fix his error. I had to put down a 150 deposit on the day of arrival which was 3/7/25 and I left 3/10/24 and I still have not received my deposit back and it's now 4/6/25, I was told it would be returned within 3 to 5 days. I will never stay there when traveling ever again. The only ok thing was that the bed was comfortable but the pillows were really flat. I give 1 star, despite what the site is labeling it. Definitely not a 3 star.
