Didn’t stay because room was disgusting. Refused to give me a refund and hotels.com was never able to get ahold of them for a refund. I didn't expect anything fancy for the price but room was dirty, sheets were yellowish, lights all flickered, remote didn't work.

The Super 8 I booked was dirty, with sticky floors that I had to clean myself. There was nowhere to hang clothes, I found multiple bugs and saw a rat in the hallway, and noise from neighboring rooms was constant. At 60 years old, this was my worst hotel experience.

Weren’t spoken to until I took out my license and handed it to the girl. Hotel was very run down with holes in the walls and carpet and very strict rules you have to follow. Guest only allowed from 12pm- 4pm then must leave. If any noise complaints the first warning is $50 and then you’re kicked off the property (we are quiet thank goodness). Cant take breakfast to your room and they do watch you like a hawk. Walked out of the breakfast area with no food because there weren’t any options and the man asked what I was doing. They take a $100 deposit no exceptions and we took pictures of all damage when we got there. We left the room cleaner than we found it and still I only received $95 of my deposit back for no reason at all. The poor girl that checked us in was working all night and then again at the desk in the morning when we left. All and all I would never stay here again. Very rude and seem to have extreme rules I’m sure to protect against damage but some couples are quiet and just staying to watch their kids band competition haha. It was not a place I would recommend and I have stayed many places that weren’t the best but still nice and decent to customers.

We had several holes in the wall, dirty bedding, bugs, and very stained towels. Our fridge did not work. There was also a domestic dispute in the room across from us. The staff was friendly and it housed us for the night like we needed it to.

The room was very poor, the electrical outlets were poor at best. The furniture had seen much better days. The front desk man was very nice. The housekeeping left their check off list in the room, where I left it.

The room we’re disgusting it had poop on the toilet and they had a dirty used towel under the second bed spread bed when you pull the sheets back. The building is run down and the room itself smelled horrible. This place should not be in business. Outside of the property at the side door there were pan handlers hanging out scoping to see who was coming in and out and who was taking what to the car. The carpet was so nasty you could visibly see the filthy spots and stains on the wall. An animal shouldn’t even be fit to live at this run down slum hotel. I was afraid to go to sleep and it was a non refundable room and it was late so I didn’t have a choice but, to stay there.

Worst experience of my LIFE. First room they gave us had a cockroach in it. The whole place is filthy. Second room had old french fries behind the night stand. Who knows how long they had been there. Also in the second room there were two dirty yellow stained towels still hanging behind the bathroom door. I had read a review about someone else not getting there deposit back so I said something when I checked out that I better get that deposit back. Guess what I didn’t.

The interior of the room was heavily humid and musty with poor air quality. It was not possible to stay in the room because of that. We checked four other rooms at the location to compare, and all were the same (one was also heavily filled with cigarette smoke/odour). The internal hallways had the same problem, although less pronounced in the hallways. We did not stay in the room and had to find different accomodations elsewhere. This problem was described to the front desk before leaving (shortly after arriving).

This property was decent. There were signs of age, but not excessively so. Breakfast was extremely basic. Mini muffins, mini donuts, make your own pancakes, and two sugary cereals. Juice machine was broken. I would stay here again, but skip the pre check in because it is pointless. I still got asked for a copy of my driver's license and a credit card to hold a deposit for incidentals and if you use a credit hold, they charge you $5 which they don't refund. I have never had that happen anywhere else.

It had comfortable beds, nice pillows, the owner. I believe it was, he was really nice, helped me. He was the security deposit because I had no ideal. I needed one because I ordered this room online and it didn't say anything about the security deposit. Usually it takes it out when you break. I want to pay for it online. But overall, it was nice could be a little more clean, but it was nice

Floor tiles coming up, shower knob rotates 360 degrees, unpainted areas, broken pieces throughout the room, main hotel areas not air conditioned, hallway grout was black from dirt, hallway roof leaking, one luggage cart that had supplies stacked on it, smelled like weed, bare minimum breakfast that I would never eat in such a rundown and dirty hotel. They clearly do not reinvest back into the hotel. Pool was closed in the middle of summer.

The staff is terribly rude. The A/C in the room barely worked, there were drug addicts and paraphernalia all through out the place. The sheets and bed had burn holes and there were roaches by the dozen. Not to mention they kept my deposit because “I smoked in a non smoking room” when in actuality I’ve never smoked a day in my life! All around terrible experience. Would NOT recommend.

The room smelled of cat urine. There was mold on the damp floor. The smoke detector was hanging down with out a battery.

The air conditioning wasn't working very well and we asked twice to have our room changed but the other rooms were even worse. You could hear the rats and mice up in the ceiling. We stayed three nights and we had to get her key card redone each time because it would stop working. The water in the sink had very bad pressure. You could hear everything in the hallway and the hallway stunk of marijuana and smoke. The staff were really friendly and our room actually didn't stink so that was good.won't come here again

Someone tried to sell drugs to my kids while there and there were sketchy people outside, in the lobby and in the next room across from us. Loud music and no elevator. The sheets were dirty and the beds were lumpy.
