Location and easy access is always a biggie.

There was a large group of soccer families and the parents did not keep an eye on the kids. Kids were running around the lobby, running in and out of the pool area-dripping wet-and I to the gym/exercise room. Playing with the elevators. The person at the desk was busy trying to keep an eye on the shenanigans that were going on and doing her job. It did quiet down at 1000 after being told of the quiet policy but started up first thing the next morning. Again-I blame the parents more than the staff/facilities.

The room was just perfect! The amenities in the bathroom were exceptional and the breakfast is the best I ever had in a hotel! I have some eating restrictions and didn't feel like I couldn't get what I needed!

Beds are comfortable and the shower was great.

Very little light in bathroom and is under construction for updates. Might need to adjust pricing some as 189 for 1 night is a little much for the area.

Breakfast was a little light for a Hampton, but we did appreciate the turkey sausage.

Breakfast was late and we had to get on the road. The desk clerk had to go and check and ended up opening the doors for us.

Nice appearance but not fair to customer’s wallet

No way to actually walk to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant/ no cross walk or sidewalks to the gas station across the street I have stayed at a lot of hotels but have NEVER been charged $75 per dog / I have not received my $50 deposit back and it’s been over 24 hours

The room was what I needed and it worked comfortably for me!

The construction mess more than a mess. Only one elevator worked and it was pretty dirty. It wasn’t just one day of dirty on floor of it! The hair dryer in the room was pretty dirty with makeup or something on it from a previous guest.

Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very nice at checking in and out! I The breakfast was a total let down with only one waffle maker that currently being used and couple waiting to use it!

A great location with easy access to Indianapolis Motor Speedway

The beds are double as advertised not queen, however comfortable enough. The gym and pool were great. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee available at all times 24/7 a bonus. We stayed for the Indy500 and the location was excellent, 22min drive to the speedway.

Shower was ok but did the lever to make it shower not bath didn't work quite right. Rooms are getting a bit dated, however it is an older property.

Facility was nice but I will not stay therr again due to pet fee and attempted overcharge.

Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great.Eggs were good.

Pet charge was a rediculous $75. I was charged $138 instead of $124 as quoted. Clerk did a refund but blamed it on booking.com. I told her I had used booking.com lots of times and never had that problem.

Worst stay ever, wish i could get a full refund & sue the racist lady behind the desk with the fake teeth.

Absolutely nothing, entire Racist Staff, especially the old lady behind the counter with the fake teeth. She’s so racist & disrespectful it’s ridiculous. She thinks she can do anything she wants because she’s white & have authority over the hotel. Its utterly insane, I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was last resort. I’d rather sleep outside on the ground before i stay here again.

I disliked everything this place has to offer.
