The room was terrible! The sink wouldn’t drain, the curtains wouldn’t close. Dogs barking at all times of the day. Customers smoking pot in the elevator! Vacuum cleaner running for hours in the morning at 8am. We begged for a new room on the ground floor but not available. Both of us are disabled and the other person has cancer and an appointment at the hospital. I would not recommend this place to anyone! NO EXAGGERATION!

I saw 2 cockroach’s come from under the mini fridge, the light was off when I first entered, my toilet seat was very loose so when sitting it would move from side to side, walls had food splatter and scruff marks visible, floor was not swept and the shower was dirty from soap scum and hair. Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and that’s unfortunate.

Property smelled of dog pee and cigarettes. The room was dirty. There were blood stains on the towel holder above the toilet. Trash and debris in the gaps in the floor where the vinyl hardwood didn’t meet the wall. The bathroom fan was hanging off the ceiling. I could go on but these are the first gross things I can think of. The positive is the staff is friendly.

Extremely disappointed. Rusty screw sticking out of door (I removed it). Shower curtain rod broken. Hairs on the pillow and sheets that were not mine! Room smelled like cigarettes. I would not recommend this facility to anybody

Not only was this one of the most disgusting hotels. I've ever been to it was one of the most disgusting places.I've ever been to. I am in between the move so did not want to spend a whole lot of money but I did not think that I would be Sting somewhere with boogers on the wall. It's a dump. There is a Winnebago in the parking lot with 2 people that live there. Full-time, so they are living in the hotel parking lot. But don't have to pay, it smells horrible from the minute that you walk in. I stayed there for 2 nights. I never once saw a manager or any cleaning staff. I brought my towels down at night. I'm thinking I could get a new set of towels. And she told me, I would have to wait until housekeeping, got there in the morning but I was checking out in the morning. I literally could see the towels right Behind her. I will never go again and I will know I did my best to tell anyone.I know not to go there.

No smoke detector was off wall door was coming off hinges u can see n the hallway comforter was dirty blanket was smelly on other bed. Put request in twice or maybe 3 X and maintenance man had an emergency and I never seen a maintenance man was there for over a week. Hallway smelly from ppls dogs and how some ppl live. Most staff was decent. When washer or dryer was running I can feel in my room like what’s going on! Whew! They tried to make it smell n look good I can give them that! Bathroom mirror dirty with kids handprints. No back to remote!!!

When we checked in we were told that the elevator was broken and our rooms were on the third floor. There were people hanging out in the parking lot doing god knows what. There was an old broken down house trailer in the parking lots that someone was living in. When I went to the room the toilet seat was loose and almost falling off. The heater/ AC made a humming noise all night even after I turned it off. You could hear the kids in the next room jumping on the beds. The bath towel were yellowish looking like they had not been laundered properly. And on and on. I almost ask for a refund but it was late and I was very tired so I just went to sleep and got out of there as soon as I woke. Needless to say who ever owns this property has totally neglected it.

You know stay that a lot of Motel 6s and this one is a little different than the others and I'll tell you what makes it different is the staff. The staff there is amazing. Every time I go there they remember who I am remember my service animal they just make me have a little hope that customer service isn't totally dead. A lot of Motel 6s just because they're a little on the inexpensive side a lot of the people running the front desk treat everybody that walks through the door like some transient. You'll never feel like that here you walk through that door and they make you feel like you just walked into the Hilton. The strong smell of smoke and dog poop was off putting as soon as you walked into the building. Our room was a non-smoking room and we woke up smelling heavily of smoke.

Needed an economical bare-bones room for the weekend. This met that criteria. Room was clean and staff was great when we saw them. Two problems though. The first, it was very noisy with loud guests up and down all night, slamming doors and talking loudly. Thin walls and lots of outside noise from parking lot. Secondly and the biggest problem in my opinion, the overpowering smell of weed through the floor and elevator. You get a contact high just walking down the hall and riding the elevator. It was bad, no clue how staff didnt notice it. As long as you stayed in your room it wasnt too bad but everything reeked a little more each time you opened the door to come and go.

Location was great, very close to lots of dining and easy access to all the major highways. The room was clean, but in poor repair. The toilet was unstable due to missing bolts. And I had to take the top off the tank to make it stop running every time I flushed. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations and dogs barking from other rooms. The staff was very nice, but my door key had to be reprogrammed multiple times.

The mattress was worn out with a huge dip that caused me to roll toward the side of the bed. It was hard on my back. The room was consistently humid and smelled of mildew. The room looked clean on the surface, but I sanitized all the surfaces myself to be sure. The shower curtain didn't fit the shower, so it was a fight to keep it closed while showering so the floor didn't get soaked. The shower curtain bar had been repaired, but no one bothered to fix the paint, leaving it with an uncared for appearance. The toilet stool seat and lid were broken and loose. Worst of all, there were lots of dogs (including big dogs) in the hotel that barked incessantly, especially late at night. It was difficult to sleep or even watch TV from all the noise. There were always strange folks hanging around outside in the parking lot.
