Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis South by IHG

The property was very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety of hot and cold items that were delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

It just looks runned down.. the outside windows looks disgusting.. air conditioner wasn’t very cold.. I think it could be updated..

I was very happy my whole experience there..even told the man at the front desk in the morning, how much I enjoyed our stay. That I would come back there and stay again.

The room was well arranged and furniture comfortable.

We reserved two rooms. On Sept 18th we got an email saying it was from Holiday Inn Express South Indianapolis welcoming us and saying we had two rooms reserved. Upon arriving on the 20th the desk clerk said only one room was reserved. She did find us a second room on opposite ends of the Hotel. First room was priced as expected. (On check out….The base price of the second was about 25$ more than the first room. ) Disappointed and much anxiety and humiliation in from of over others, at this. ( My older sister wanted to call the police, when she found she had no room reserved. We were able to calm her)The clerk said they had noting to do with Booking.com, and would not honor your price or get a second room st first. The clerk was able to get a second room after about 30 minutes. She called her manager that seemingly was zero help. I assume the manager did not want to own the error.

Press on nails on floor, one on bed. Carpet was dirty, linen and bedspread had blood stains . When they were suppose to change linen etc. Same dirty lined and bedspread put back like it was changed. Bad

Loud, LOUD vehicles in the evening drive up and down the street with roaring engines. I was woken up several times. Not the hotel’s fault, but take it into account when you’re picking a location.

Breakfast was a delight until the hair that was I. The gravy!!

The pool area was hot! on top of the pool looking dirty with a ring around it was disgusting! Inform front desk that I would like fresh bedding each day I stayed!! The smell of the hotel was distaste full it gave me a headache everytime I walk through the lobby!

the bathroom was clean but the floor looked like it didn't get cleaned but other then that was awesome

The pool was a bit dirty. They gave us an ADA room for some reason also the toilet didn't work right it took forever to flush and would keep running.

I felt like the hotel was way overpriced for its value. Only one elevator worked, our room smelled of stale air when we first checked in, the comforters had obvious food stains on them, so I’m not certain we received clean linens prior to our stay. There was wipeable filth on the bathroom door, as well as walls and surfaces in the bedroom.

The pool was disgusting. The pictures are not the same as what is actually there. Very disappointed for $469 for 2 nights. Never ever stay again.

We did have an ant problem in our room but as soon as we told staff member at desk she moved us into another clean room immediately.

The pool had build up along the walls making it slippery and had a urine smell when getting out of the water is what my daughter expressed to me that was the only issue
