Rude front desk lady working nightshift.

The breakfast was amazing. Also the guy working the next morning when we checked out was awesome and helpful. Very apologetic about the rude lady working the night shift before him.

The shampoo conditioner and body wash that was in the bathrooms with empty and when I went to the front desk to ask for some she was very rude and acted like she didn't even want to help me rudely walked to the back room and found a little bitty bottle of conditioner and told me sorry that's all she could do. I asked for a spoon and was told there are none. I tried to take a bath with my little bottle of shampoo and couldn't because the drain on the bathtub wouldn't stay down it was broken. None of the vending machines worked it ate my money.

Good experience.

Overall experience good under the circumstances due big time college games happening in Indianapolis. I have no complaints. I would stay again if or when I return to Indianapolis. It very close to interstate going back to Louisville.

In town to see a musical at the Old National Centre. This was a good location, not a far drive. With traffic around 15 m

Clean. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Lots of lights in the parking lot felt safe! There is a Walmart right down the street, a Denny’s next-door.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It’s just a nice clean hotel.

Stay here often for work lately. Staff is pleasant, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is standard fare and I have no complaints. It’s a great value!

Comfortable, but AC couldn’t be changed

The room was big and nicely set up/ kinda clean

The bed skirt was filthy and stuff was dusty , including the vents, we could NOT move the air temps , on the wall monitor or on the actual machine , and so I tried connecting to the WiFi and couldn’t , we woke up to the room being 76°F which is too hot for a room , we prefer 65-68, couldn’t call front desk , number went straight to voicemail and room phone didn’t work

Decent motel for a short stay, reasonable price.

The front desk receptionist at the time of my checking in, Jose, was really nice. He came within minutes to check the commode at the room we were assigned and tried to plunge and fix that. After failing to fix that, he reassigned us to a different room on the same floor, and checked the commode before moving us to the room. He apologized for the inconvenience. We really appreciated his professionalism. Thanks Jose.

The treadmill machine at the fitness room didn’t work, or at least I couldn’t make it work! The lady at the front desk was nice and polite, but she admitted not knowing anything about the treadmill machine. She was respectful and apologetic. I appreciate that.

The Hispanic lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional first she asked for a cash deposit because I was local and then when I get back the other woman who was a sweet Indian lady informed me they don’t do cash deposit. After I get checked in and have eaten and laid down the Hispanic woman then cop knocks my door claiming my room reeks of marijuana and that I have to leave so I explain to her I haven’t smoked in the room and I don’t smoke at all even offer her to come in the room she declined and offered me another room but at this point she has made me pack up all of my belongings and get dressed so I left. None of the employees we’re wearing name tags so I had no names

The property was just ok nothing special at all

I didn’t like the fact that your staff keeps trying to charge my card $240 multiple times after we already paid $240 for a 2 night stay. Your staff also gave us a room keep that belonged to someone else so we walked in on someone that just got out the shower. That made us so uncomfortable like anyone would just be able to walk in on us. We had to deal with a clogged toilet our last night because the staff on shift didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand anything we were saying. Very bad experience plenty other hotels around the same price don’t waste your time

Staff made excuses for poor wifi. Noise of other guests motivated early cheçkout. Had to ask front desk twice to resolve loud noise at 3am. Resolving price adjustment for reservation was a modification was a challenge.

Great for an overnight stay

Staff were fantastic - friendly & helpful. All areas were clean and fresh smelling. Room was basic but had everything needed for an overnight stay.

The price was ridiculous (almost $200 including taxes for one night). I understand that it was Indy 500 weekend but to more than double the room rate is greed.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze and set a positive tone for the stay. The room was clean comfortable,and met expectations for a short stay.

The refrigerator in the room was a bit loud, and the WiFi was quite weak. A quieter refrigerator and stronger WiFi would have improved the experience. The internet connection was not sufficient for video calls (Zoom) or streaming, so if you need to work on platforms like Zoom, this could be an issue.

The room was ok, paint chipped off all over the place and the TV was totally crooked on the wall, and part of the curtain was falling down. I never saw a staff member at breakfast, even before 9am (open until 9:30am) there was no hot food left, the garbage was full and falling onto the floor and all of the tables were filthy. Our room keys stopped working at some point and so after breakfast we were locked out. The guy at the desk didn't say a word, just fixed the key, no reason why it happened, not even an apology. THEN.....the part that really angered me was that the bathtub was clogged and I had to shower as the tub was filling up. It was disgusting.

I've been here a couple times now, and this time the breakfast was really good. There was a good variety of foods. They had protein, grains, and fruit options. Before, they only had grain options for some reason.

It was a little noisy at times. There were kids running through the halls. There were also people slamming doors at times.

Clean enough, good for overnight rest. I wouldn’t stay more than a weekend unless visiting family.

Room was clean. Just needed a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

I specifically asked for late check-in as I was driving 4.5 hours after work and received a call trying to cancel my reservation because they “were really busy and not sure I was coming.” When we got to our room (212) the door was not closed all the way, which was disconcerting. After thoroughly checking the room, we decided it was an issue with the door not easy to close. The door to the bathroom is broken and does not lock. The kitchenette sink faucet is sealed with the wrong type of caulk and looks sloppy and unsanitary. I did notify the front desk about the door not closing without really making sure you hear the door mag lock engage.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The property definitely needs to be updated. However it looked like some renovations we’re going on in selected rooms. In our room it had a hole cut out in the ceiling of the bathroom were the exhaust fan supposed to go. (Just a hole No fan.) Also a fallen flood light was in the pool. The light was still on so electricity was flowing to it making it unsafe for my family to swim. We told the staff and they said the owner was coming tomorrow to check it out.
