King bed was great/ loved the shower. Pool was freezing.

Location was nice being close to food options was nice

King room didn’t have bath tub. Moved to a Queen room on other side of hotel, like down elevator across back up elevator and more walking. To have dirty bath tub and it drained.

Staff- lady at the desk had an attitude and double charged me even though I tried to explain I already pad on booking.com, she wasn’t very friendly about it and I even had to tell her to stop yelling and calm down.

Horrible experience!

The location and cleanliness.

The front desk staff member who checked me in was not friendly at all, I almost felt like I was almost bothering them. I had requested a crib when making my reservation and even received a confirmation email stating that the crib would be ready. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the crib wasn’t prepared. Their excuse was that I had booked through a third-party website. It seems they’re fine with accepting reservations from third-party sites, but when it comes to other requests, suddenly it’s not acceptable. On top of that, there was no clear communication about how breakfast worked—I was left to figure it out on my own. Overall, a horrible experience.

“Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Cleanliness Issues”

Location

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The room service was awful—long wait times, missing items, and a clear lack of attention to detail. It was evident that the hotel was severely short-staffed, as getting assistance for even the simplest requests felt like a hassle. The cleanliness was another major issue. The balcony was filthy, making it unusable, and it seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. While the hotel has potential, the lack of proper service and upkeep really brought down the experience. For the price, I expected much better. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

Front desk staff was pleasant, and check-in was easy. Room had to be changed out due to wet carpet due to AC cleaning, but the front desk was aware and made the change before I went to the room.

Parking and finding room was confusing. Walked past one door that appeared to have the deadbolt kicked in and was awaiting repair. This did not inspire confidence in safety. Toilet was backed up when I arrived at the room.

It was a quick fun getaway, I would stay again.

It is very modern and new, Starbucks was a bonus, and the pool was fun for the kids.

When we came home, we found head lice on my kids. We strongly believe it was from the pullout couch.
