Pleasant desk clerk. Clean room as well as bathroom .Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and drained well.

We had the room booked for 2 days left the next day

It was close to family we were visiting

The lobby was very small. The desk clerk wasn’t helpful. The room had no Wi-Fi, the tv was analog there were no chairs, hairdryer hangers but worst was no phone. Roaches in the tub. Had to get online to get number to front desk to ask for hairdryer and towels we only had 1 bath towel no hand or face towels

Location + Price + newer interior + appreciate the intentionality

Breakfast + please vacuum the lobby and steps + hallway….effort matters even if the building is a bit older….dont just drop down some odor eating powder and then pretend its clean just because it smells a little better

The sink area and bathroom really need to be renovate because the sink area the cold water wasn't on, the sink is dripping, the toilet needs some work so they need to renovate the bathroom overall it's doable

The manager prix was awful. Bed was not made, and there were no towels. When I told the manager my room was not clean he got angry. He game me one large towel.

This was the worst hotel room I've stayed in.

The tv did not work, the ac unit leaked all the way to the door, I had to fix the toilet in order to flush, and to top it all off we killed cockroaches.

Unhealthily unsanitary. Halls and elevator floor dirty. Walls soiled from food/beverage splash. Tub soiled from previous use and grime you could wipe with just your hand. Sink and toilet delayed draining. Several ceiling water marks from previous leaking. Chair stained with large liquid spillage. Both bed blankets with cigarette burns. Manager not interested in seeing the video footage, just refund and check out due to Indy 500 weekend giving the opportunity of receiving another booking because all hotels in the area fully booked.

The hotel was budget friendly and ok for what we needed while in town.

The bed was comfortable and we liked that our request was honored for our room location.

I experienced a few issues during my stay that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Specifically, the window had no screen, pillows lumpy, and outside side door did not have a secure lock in place for key card access so anyone could enter at any time of the day. Safety was a concern.

Easy to check in

Falling apart, stains all over the tub, broken drywall cracks in the wall. Smell of mold can’t see out the windows because of mildew. Carpet was extremely dirty. I couldn’t even walk on it with socks because my socks turned black within minutes.

Everything about that place was horrible

I was accused of taking the smoke alarm which who the hell takes a smoke alarm? I believe that was their excuse to keep my $60 deposit. I caught the man digging in my trash cans after I had left the room. The places disgusting and I believe that they are scamming people to still their key deposit and I do not recommend anybody to waste their time or money or anything staying there ever again it stunk their continental breakfast was Captain Crunch toast and coffee that was it in a place was just filthy

The staff was kind and friendly

1st thing I noticed was there were bullet holes in the building. Cracked windows, dirty grounds, when we got our room there was pizza sauce on the floor, food crumbs on our beds, black pokey dots on the curtains, dried urine on the bathroom floor. This doesn't make for a good 1st impression. Then the next morning getting woke up by blood curtling screams of a woman screaming help me get away from me I'm terrified of u. So safety is even a concern.

not a five star hotel for a reason, byt was worth the money and stay none the less

staff was kind, check in and check out was super easy, the facilities were cleaner than i expected with the rest of the reviews, the shower was a little hard to get to turn on but everything else worked as it should

the breakfast wasn't too great, just some cereal, milk, bannanas, coffee and a few pre packaged honey buns and other pies. was hoping for something warm or cooked but was let down in this aspect

Everything! This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in it reeked of cigarette smoke and filth. One of our rooms had bedbugs, one had a roach, the other had blood on the wall, tissue hanging from the ceiling. The hall had blood on the walls near the elevator. The room doors didn’t look safe. Just don’t even look at this place. While here we instantly booked a room for the remainder of our stay at another hotel. We literally sat up all night. And checked out early 6 am.

Dirtiest Place In Town (l hope!)

The breakfast was a joke. 2 kinds of cereal, 3 green bananas, & bread. That's it! I wouldn't even drink the coffee because the place was so dirty.

This place is filthy. You wouldn't walk on the "carpet" in bare feet, you wouldn't want to get in the shower without flip flops, it's disgusting! The bed was old, the pillows lumpy. The TV has about 10 grainy channels. I went downstairs in the morning to hear the front desk cleark arguing with someone on the phone at full volume! Seriously, don't stay here.
