Smell, mildew, no support or customer service, they shouldn’t have even been open their whole first floor is molded they had fans going all night and day. I asked for an extra blanket they told me what was already in the room, how about provide what the paying customer asks for instead of what I could use. They said they didn’t have a shovel to help folks out their parking spot and I saw with my own eyes someone shoveling because they made a path way. I only needed to get out of my park but instead I got stuck and no help. Won’t be staying there ever again.

Hot tub and pool was closed.We were not at all notified until.check in..we had no options.It was too late to get another hotel. The shower was barely warm. We left 2 days early. We were supposed to stay until the 26th.Left on 24rh. No discount not partially refunded. Nothing.It was awful.

The pool was under renovation. That is why we booked the place to use the pool in hot tub. I wish the site would’ve said that and I would’ve not booked it. Also there was no toilet paper hardly any in the room I would like some compensation for not being able to use the pool area since that is the reason we booked the room.

The hot tub & pool were closed down by the Health Department. Failed inspection. I did not stay there. Had to locate another hotel at the last minute after traveling & working all day!

The room was clean and comfortable. Had a stove top, full sized fridge. Dishwasher and all of the pots, pans, utensils, cups bowls and plates. Full size tub with a shower. Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The pool was too cold to swim in but the hut tub was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and will be back if were in the area.

They let us check in early since we got there early. The pool and hot tub were nice and the room was nice. They were under construction so there was a lot of noise and smells going on. I also think I got bit by bed bugs. No one else in the family did. But I ended up with like 6 bites in my back.

Room 301: The bed bed waa terribly uncomfortable. Pillows went flat almost instantly. We got a suite but seemed like we were sharing itnwith the entire side of the building we stayed on, because it was located right up against the stairwell. We could hear every person going up and down the stairs and their comings and goings because of the stairwell doors. Water pressure in the kitchen net was next to none.

Everything was clean, exactly as pictured, and great, helpful staff. Only issue was one of my rooms had a noticeable faucet leak in the bathroom when the water was turned on. Also, I purchased 2 rooms and thought they would be together or at least close and they weren’t. They originally booked my rooms on 2 different floors altogether, but eventually found us rooms down the hall from each other. I think they should ask about that when booking or maybe I didn’t see it.

Made reservations based off photos from the site and the room was not as described. No couch! Despite several attempts requesting room to be cleaned nobody ever showed up. Lastly. If you don’t want roaches don’t stay here.

Watch out they might try and get u reference to your pet if have one I checked into hotel asked me what kind of pet I had and I told them they certain pets were a loud but still checked me in anyway then said I can’t stay there because of breed of my dog never presented pet policy guidelines until later on that I find out talked to IHG on the phone about incident customer service rep someone going to contact me but never did.
