Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was exceptional kind, the building was well taken care of and clean.

The highway traffic was a bit noisy, but not enough for it to be a problem.

Great value and stay.

Kickback was great with drinks and very solid food options. The breakfast was fantastic as well. The facility is popular, so it was crowded but not too bad to deal with. I was concerned that noise could be an issue, but it wasn't at all. The facility is modern, clean and the staff were very professional. I would stay again for sure.

Told me that I can go down the street to a different hotel of my choice because they couldn’t take care of me. I was ask

I didn’t like how I asked for a handicap room with the walk-in shower. Which was not clean so I have to remove myself and be moved to a different room upon waiting two or three hours to get moved to a different room only to put me into a dirty room that was messed up that because I didn’t report it as soon as I got in the room, they didn’t want to compensate for the room being dirty. The plumbing was acting up. The floor was dirty, where you can wipe your hand and see the dirt on the floor. The owner or whoever the head Boss Man talk to me in front of me like I was in nobody after spinning $1000 on this room and I didn’t ask for any type of conversation or any free nights or anything and he just talked to me like I was in the right state of mind ..

The hotel was cozy and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was awesome with a large variety of options. We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drinks and the evening meal options. Staff was kind and helpful.

Great options for breakfast, except everyday they had sausage patties. The coffee was good and there was plenty of seating for everyone that came in. We didn’t have any dinner food but it was nice that it was an option. Everyone who worked there was friendly and the facility was clean.

The beds were comfortable enough for us, but some in our party said the mattresses were saggy in the middle. Bacon at breakfast one day would have been nice. The noise on the highway side was loud. We had to keep the fan in the room on high at night to help drown some of it out,

Very enjoyable and the best I have experienced in a long time.

Free dinner buffet for guests was a very pleasant surprise after a very long day on the road. It was so nice not having to find some place for dinner. Breakfast was also very good varied offerings. Front desk folks could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

My room (206) faced the Interstate so it was a bit noisy.

So unbelievably crowded, down to 1 elevator for 8 floors, there were multiple families having kids birthday parties using the pool even though they said they didn’t allow that, the pool was so crowded my kids couldn’t even swim, no fridge in the room or lock on the bathroom door.

Great rooms, if you don't mind the noise from the freeway at night.

The size of our room was great. Traveling with a friend, we each had a double bed to ourselves. Lots of room to move around. Great sized bathroom. Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds.

I am a light sleeper who is used to a very quiet environment when sleeping. The noise-proofing of the rooms/windows was not good. The noise from the freeway system alongside the building came right through the window. And on top of that, while I was thankful the air conditioning unit was working so well, it was very, very loud. We were there for 3 nights, and I had difficulty falling asleep each night, because of the noise. A desk manager asked if I'd like to transfer rooms on day 2, but due to the building being situated perpendicular to the freeway, I don't think there was a side that would have been more quiet. They provided me with earplugs, but that didn't help. I have stayed at about a half dozen Drury Inns over the past few years, and I believe this was the least sound-proofed one I've encountered. Which is disappointing, because everything else about the hotel's service was top-notch.
