No curtain at window. So we had to put up a blanket. There were was a roach in the sink.. And I ordered a handicap room ( I had a receipt) but had to take regular room because it was too late to book another hotel on the site it said room is your until 10;00pm Also had to wait for 20 minutes to check in because he left the desk to do something in a room, there was a number to call 500 but still no answer, so i just had to wait…

Check in process was less than ideal. Front desk woman was not friendly. They require government ID’s for every adult staying on the premise. No issue for my parents, but I have an adult handicapped sister and they didn’t know to bring her ID. Thankfully, they were eventually allowed to check in. There was a lot of extra paperwork at check in with the IDs, and for my sisters service dog. Feel like these policies should be better outlined on their website. Room was very well maintained. Clean, nice property.

We checked in after hours. The lobby was already locked. No big deal. There was a clear sign that directed us to use the phone for after hours check in. The staff came down in maybe less than 5 minutes and met us to check in. The check in process was a bit longer than I am used to. I don’t think it’s a staff problem - the system was just slow. The facility looked maintained. The rooms were clean. It smelled a bit like cleaning solutions, but the smell went away after awhile. All in all, our stay was pleasant. No complaints here. I would stay here again.

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Absolutely stay away.

Even though the property seems to be newly built, the rooms at least mine was not clean enough, the shower curtain had some stains (looked like poops or vomit), there were neither iron nor iron board. The place was completely empty; you can't even make a coffee. Very terrible, I would not recommend to anyone.

I loved the price and the kitchenette was nice. It was very noisy and shower water pressure wasn't the best. It was very clean and can't beat the price. Will likely stay again in the near future.

1. The woman at checkin was rude. Told my husband that if we were to smoke, we had to do it away from building, thst was fine. We only smoke in our car anyway, then told us no butts on griund, ok common sense since we dont thriw butts on ground, we have ashtray in car.it was her attitude and the way she said it. 2. Adked about upgrade to get a coffee maker in room, according to your we site you have this choice. But again with the attitude she said, we do t offer that, and thst there was on in the lobby. Which was out of order. Asked if there was a bathroom i could use and she told us thre was no public bathroom. Excuse me, in hotel thst we are staying at?? I have cancer and i had judt came from hospital after having a procedure done and needed a bathroom. She then hannded me a room key and told me to go to the 3rd floor. Where are room was but never told me which room. She got lucky that i made it to the room before a disaster happed thst someone else would have to clean up. After that, everytime we left the building or when we cane back we got discussing looks from her. We come to Indianapolis to see the oncologist. We will not be staying at your hotel again

Not a good hotel for light sleepers. I had someone above me walking around all throughout the night and I got terrible sleep. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I did get to go on the top floor my last night and it was much better. So stay on the top floor if you’re sensitive to sound. The only other thing was the tub and sink were dirty in both rooms. But staff were awesome and everything else went good. Beds are on the firmer side and the rooms are have a ton of space. I had issues with using the WiFi and you can’t get apps on the tv like Hulu, Netflix etc. I’d never come back due to how thin the walls are, kinda ruined the first half of my trip there bc I slept so awful. But it’s affordable so…

Well check out time is @ 11!!! I left for breakfast around 8:30 because they don’t serve breakfast. Made it back to my hotel room @ 10:08 to find house keeping inside my room with my belongings still inside. So I was upset about that. I took a shower & couldn’t find my bottle of expensive cologne. I go to front desk & said to the lady I believe I’m missing a bottle of cologne but I’m going to check my car 1st which I did and it was in my car. So I go to return my keys and was told I’m not allowed on property anymore because I threatened staff which is a complete lie. The lady at front desk was mad because it was a customer there when I stated nothing but facts. I’ve stayed here plenty of times. And acourse it’s some sketchy cleaning ppl @ almost all hotels & when I seen the person in my room I did apologize to him which nothing was missing the lady @ front desk was the problem

The front desk gal was fairly new, didn’t know what she was doing and took forever to do the check in. Bed was hard as a rock, entire body hurt in the morning.Bedframe was cheap and the mattress slid when you sat down Huge stain on carpet in hallway, desk had a large burn mark on it and the two chairs in the room where kitchen chairs, one was peeling badly. Will not stay here again.

The smell of smoke and marajuana FILL into my room from a nearby room and I feel when it is smelled the staff should address it and do something about it because it is HORRIBLE especially for someone with health issues like myself. It’s so bad I had to stay gone half of the day.
