We loved the staff! Everyone we met was very friendly. My grandson and I enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was nice. My grandson loved to make his own waffle. I enjoyed the coffee. The room was clean and the staff was WONDERFUL! I will stay again next time I visit Indianapolis. :)

The pool wasn't open. It would have been nice to have it open but, it was not a deal breaker.

Just needs to be cleaned properly. Few strands of hair was left behind when we first arrived. The comforter was a bit dirty but was hidden with other blanks. For the price it was it was not worth it. Which I do understand the holiday weekend but still not worth it.

a dump - avoid it.

The bed was o.k. - everything else was horrible.

This is a dump with a new coat of paint. Everything in the room was soiled beyond belief. There were probably 50 stains on the drapes which were hanging by about 1/2 of their clips. Stains were on every surface... the bathroom door looked like it had something liquid thrown on it ... gross brown liquid stains running down it. The bottoms of all the furniture/doors was falling apart. There was rust on the bottom 1" of the doors. It was clear that it had not been repaired for years....

The front desk was the rudest I’ve ever, and since they did not go into detail with me staying 3 days that someone would be entering my room. Was very unprofessional. I almost got put out because I was so upset!

Clean room!

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The parking lot was not planned well. It's not a problem caused by the hotel staff. However, we rode our motorcycle and would have liked to park it within view from our room, but there were only two parking spots on the side of the hotel. We had to park it on the opposite side of where we stayed. If the hotel is not responsible for damages or theft to persons vehicles, they should have more parking where the patrons can keep an eye on their vehicles.

Breakfast wasn’t great, but I knew beforehand it was continental so wasn’t expecting much. A toaster with bagels would have been nice.
