I encountered several staff, all were nice and very knowledgeable. Renovations meant the pool was closed but it is an awesome pool, and the pool at the hotel just across the parking lot was available to us. Very quiet room, nice guests. I will go back again.

Yes the parking lot was well lit. I didnt use the gym ,but the pool was very clean.
