I enjoyed the room it was spacious it accommodated my family perfectly. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.

I didn’t enjoy the “queen” bed seemed more like a double. They don’t offer breakfast and the pool was still unavailable. We used this hotel back in February of this year and it wasn’t available then either. With the price it felt over priced without breakfast or a working pool/hot tub. They also use 2 key cards one for the room door and one for the entrance doors from the outside of the building which I felt was an inconvenience because u need to juggle 2 cards instead of just one.

Joe is an exceptional staff member. He remembers us when we come in, he is very friendly and accommodating. Love seeing him and talking with him whenever we stay!!!

I will probably stay here again of the need arises and the rate is agreeable.

There was no breakfast. The hotel offers food and drink that you can purchase. The room was mostly clean. The location was good because we went to a concert in Noblesville and are from Indianapolis.

The air filters in the room were filthy. Since these are non smoking rooms, outside access on the higher floors would have been nice.

Accommodations were fine but disappointed the TV didn't work and nobody fixed the toilet.

I could not get the TV to work. Told the front desk about it. Also the toilet tank would not refill on it's own. I had to take the lid off and move the flow so the water would refill the tank. Told the front desk but nothing happened.

I liked the location of the property. The room was spacious and fully equipped. Loved the suite room with the door and the kitchen. The staff was accommodating with issues regarding the pool.

when I visited the pool was down due to remodeling which wasn’t disclosed prior to booking and that is one of the reason why I chose this hotel. Booking confirmation said the hotel was under construction but all amenities would be fully accessible. (however the staff accommodated us by allowing us to swim at the hotel next door. It was just a minor inconvience)

I like the area it was very convenient for me and my family

The fire alarm was going off at 3 am for almost 40 mins waking and scaring my children, one of the tvs didn’t work, the water was off for 5+ hours , the ac don’t work had to buy fans to keep cool. We will never come back

Entrance handicap door. Hot water in bathroom.

Smell in bathroom. Shower leaks water onto floor. Pool and hot tub closed but told in email that they were open. Bed caused sweating while sleeping. No breakfast. Two bath towels for 2 people for 3 nights. Noisy air conditioner. Gnats in sink.

Nice stay yet once again...

Clean room, kitchenette with dishes a plus. Had issues with TV but front desk guy helped. Spacious room nice bathroom. Staff was great, longer wait for check in than I expected. Overall nice stay has stayed a few times before when I come home to visit.

The room was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit a few attractions in the immediate vicinity. What really impressed us was how friendly the staff was. The young miss who checked us in was very polite and offered a lot of information about the hotel and some of the surrounding businesses. The gentleman who checked us out the next day was very personable and friendly. Both employees really took their job seriously, which you don't always see in this realm of employment. We'd definitely stay at this location again because of how helpful and friendly the staff were.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke a little. I think since we were on the first floor and close to the main entrance, some of the smoke from outside was getting into our room. I only noticed it when we first entered the room and quickly became used to it after a few minutes. It didn't cause any agitation (my wife and I are sensitive to cigarette smoke), so that indicates how little there was in there, but it was noticeable at first.

My neighbor was absolutely rude. It was 2 o’clock in the morning. He had his TV blaring. We had no thermostat in our room so we couldn’t control the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Side door of hotel was missing the door handle, had to open it by grabbing the entire locking mechanism on the outside. Room 208, bathroom towel rod was falling off the wall and after my shower, the water didn't go down and hair came up from the drain. I notified the attendant but he didn't seem concerned but acknowledged it. Unsure if he will contact maintenance.

Disappointed

The staff was great but the hotel is in serious disrepair. It is under construction which is good but makes it even harder to enjoy the space

We were moved to a top floor room to get away from a noisy upstairs neighbor and we were told it was a more updated room and it was but it had already been ruined by guests and was in rough shape (counters had a hardened substancelike glue, the room floors were dirty, couldn't get a/c to be cool enough. Broken drawer handles. No dishwashing liquid to clean the one spoon so I washed it with water, TV would work and then not work, there were no blankets for curling up on the couch

It was an ok hotel, having the kitchenette was nice but it’s probably time to update it.

THe staff was all very nice and helpful. The manager was great too!

The staff was extremely nice but the hotel itself was in rough shape. Our couch had weird stains all over it, the nightstand looked like it had old water damage and was all warped and the caulking in the bathroom was all moldy. You could tell that some cleaned it before we came it, and it wasn’t “dirty” just very old and dingy.

Good people, poor facility.

They seemed to be undergoing some minor upgrades. Hoping the next guests have a better experience.

Upon entering our room, my wife went to the front desk and asked for extra wash cloths, so she could actually clean the floors of the bathroom, which hadn't been mopped in quite a while. The staff at the front desk didn't react to her statement, just gave her a couple wash cloths. The white wash cloths were black when she was done, and my shoes still stuck to the floor when I walked on it.
