Bad luck this particular stay, I would stay there again.

Excellent location and rate

This particular stay was a bad one. I was put on the top floor. That night was windy and there was something banging above my room. The clerk that left at 11:00pm said it was a contractor working and they would be done at 11:00. The noise continued so I called down at midnight. That clerk said it was the wind causing something to bang. Not much sleep that night. Also, I was bitten on my arm by most likely a spider during the night.

They gave me a room that was already occupied, only one elevator was working, breakfast was cold, TV wouldn't work, and room phone wouldn't work so you couldn't call the front desk.

Pool closed ,elevator not working , coffee maker in room broken TV impossible to operate, body soap dispenser in bathroom ripped off the wall and lobby women’s restroom out. Of order. They also put me in the farthest room from elevator when I had requested near elevator because of my mobility issues.

No elevator and it's been out a while. No hot water and was told it's a hotel problem. Staff was sweet and embarrassed. Breakfast was just awful.

I was greeted with, “Did you get a notice that our elevators are not working and we don’t have any rooms on the first floor?” Then I was told that I was being sent to a brand new hotel not far away. A hotel with potholes in the driveway, had to ask for an ice bucket & cups, no coffeemaker, no salt & pepper packets with the paltry breakfast. Disgusting!

Pool wasn’t open whole purpose of trip I let them know before I was coming what I was coming from my lil baby wanted to swim for her birthdayyy and also the rooms were not clean on time almost waited an hour after check in for both my rooms unexceptional maintenance people kept talking bout my lil kids going back nd fourth following us around watching our every move and said that we were smoking weed in a room full of kids

Amazing staff soft bed and great location.

The location was great very close to the gas station tons of restaurants there was a restaurant like 30 seconds walking distance from the hotel. The front desk staff was amazing.

I've been to Hamptons that were so much better. There were a ton kids in the pool which left the elevators soaking wet I mean standing puddles of water. There was no breakfast because of covid.

Dirty, rude staff, dont advise

Went here for a local business trip but brought my kids/ sister in law so they could swim. General area was VERY dirty when walking in. Day staff was RUDE. I called and asked them to clean my room after my kids left, they said they would. Came back and no one had cleaned. I had zero towels or a clean bed.

Access on/off highway was convenient. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, supplied shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion in dispensers. The breakfast included cereals, yogurt, eggs, hash browns, oatmeal, toast and waffles and was overall satisfactory.

The property is older and showing some wear and tear. There were surface cracks on the interior walls of our room and the carpet and bathroom floor felt tacky.

The location was great!

The hotel room & furniture was in poor condition. It didn't look clean nor safe. It felt unsanitary! Also, there was no refrigerator nor microwave as listed on line.😡The room gave me the creeps😡🤢😡😡

Disgusting and dirty.

This location was awful. No likes to list.

Dirty! Our room hadn’t been cleaned! There were dirty (not stained but dirty/soiled bedding). There were dried pieces of disintegrated toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. When I asked the lady cleaning rooms for fresh bedding she told me no (although in her defense I’m pretty sure she didn’t understand what I was asking). Went to the front desk and asked. When we returned to our room around 11, there were 2 new sets of bedding waded up on the bed, one of which was obviously not clean. We also tried to call ahead to see if we could check in early. No one answered the phone for the booking.com agent. At breakfast my husband opened his yogurt and it was green and chunky. It was over a month past the expiration date.

Our room wasn't ready upon arrival which was expected since it was a cheerleading competition in town but Micheal was very helpful in getting us settled right away.

Dirty carpets throughout, ceiling was leaking by the elevator, didn't dare sit on the dirty couch in the room, and room service came once to just replace towels during our 6 night stay.
