Clean and great location. Staff was excellent

The first room we were assigned was not clean. There was a large pile that needed to be sweeped up, which was visble when we first walked into the room. The sink was also dirty, and the room had an unpleasant smell to it.

It was not in the best of conditions. Cleaning could have been a lot better. The smell was also not pleasant and there were some cosmetic things that could have been repaired/fixed up.

There was no breakfast offered.

On the worst beds I've ever slept in feel like you're sleeping on a bunch of potatoes had free coffee in the morning but it wasn't worth drinking

I liked that the property had a washer and dryer and was a good location to shops. I also enjoyed the adjustable ac.

Walls were very thin and I heard a lot of my neighbors. I work early so it was hard to fall asleep. Room was a little stuffy. I was the most disappointed in the kitchenette. I chose to stay here so I could cook if needed and brought my food with me but was dissapointed there was nothing to cook with.

The location worked out as far as being a very short drive to restaurants, etc. We actually just walked across the parking lot to one restaurant

Our room could have been cleaner. I am typically barefoot and I could feel the grit on the floor and then my feet were black when I got in the shower. Bathroom wasn't dirty but I would call it sparkling clean either.

The property was very clean. It was generally quiet and the other guests were very pleasant.

The stated Pet Policy indicates that only service animals are permitted. Under FHA, emotional support animals are also permitted under federal law. I advised the front desk person the the dog that I was a service animal in training. I was initially charged a pet fee, but a few days later it was refunded. A few days after that pet fees were once again being billed. The staff were extremely rude. When I asked for a copy of written pet policy the manager yelled at me in the lobby. He told the front desk clerk to check me out. I was only staying one more night, so I removed myself from the situation. The manager insisted the hotel was in full compliance with the law. I called the corporate office and explained the situation. They appeared to be reading from a prepared script. When I suggested they were in violation of the law, they read the scripted words more forcefully. I asked if I might speak to a supervisor. I was told that there is no mechanism to take these issues further. Maybe if someone in a supervisory position reads this review, they could explain why refusing to allow public access to a service dog in training is not a violation of Indiana Code 16-32-3-2(c).

nice, clean, large room.

i was very uncomfortable. idt the hotel was rough, just maybe the company. we didn’t leave the room after we were in for the night. it worked tho, just needed a night. there were only 2 towels & washrags for 3 people. a sheet & 1 blanket on the bed. the shower water was luke warm.

Very little. This should not be available on booking.com. At the minimum there should be big, bold, red text on the location’s page that explains that you will NOT get the services you usually expect from a budget-friendly booking.com listing.

Stay away if you’re looking for basic hotel/motel/motor inn service. This is a LONG TERM RESIDENCE property that will charge you as much as the budget hotels but offer you no breakfast, no coffee, no housekeeping, free Internet for A MAXIMUM TWO DEVICES, towel exchange for a fee and front desk service from 9am to 10pm only. The operator provides the same level of service to guests paying $500-600/month as it does to guests paying $100+ PER NIGHT. Don’t be a sucker like we were and use this facility as a hotel. It is NOT one.

No hot water in the shower. Fridge wasn’t cold. We were in the room right by the 4th floor stairwell and someone uses that to smoke their cigarettes instead of going outside, so our room smelled like smoke. Hearing the door in the hallway slam all night from people coming in and out kept us awake. Wifi doesn’t work for streaming. Walls are paper thin as you walk to your room, you will hear everything going on in others rooms.

Front desk person, Desmond, was very nice and helpful. Room and space were adequate for a week stay.

No ice machine.

Bedbug, stains on curtains, on lampshade, sheets, food was left in refrigerator, bathroom was not clean, and no food when we went to breakfast at 7am.

Nice and comfortable beds adorable nice area by all stores and great food juicy seafood boil place was the bestttt!!!!

My key card didn’t work the entire stay there still haven’t heard from anybody about a refund!

It was close to the highway where I wanted to go. Great value in the area. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Pillows were very thin. Better than very large but they were lumpy and not supportive. I folded mine in 2 to get it to a height to hold my head in a comfortable position to sleep- very! Thin!

It was my wife birthday, they gave me a queen bed, for me and my wife they said they don't have any King bed at the hotel, no tv cable there's nothing special in this place.

It rented to government housing people that live there permanently. I did not feel safe as a solo traveler. The facilities were in poor condition.

Very minimal (read cheap) in all ways. There is only someone at the desk during the day. At night it is shuttered up, For a suite the rooms are very sparse. It feels like they threw a microwave and a refrigerator in the room and called it a suite. No utensils, dishes or glasses at all. Not even plastic. One towel and washcloth per person. The towel was flimsy and had to serve as a face towel and bath towel, one tiny 'bar' of soap. The whole room seemed flimsy and cheap. The satellite dish kept going out the entire time we were there. There was free wifi for 2 devices only so if we had a phone each and a laptop we would have to sign up for an enhanced plan for the 3rd device. I've never experienced that anywhere I've stayed before. On the day we checked out, Sunday, the front desk was shuttered. Couldn't properly check out. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just not a very pleasant one.

A portion of parking lot flooded pretty bad with a heavy rain. I thankfully parked during the rain so I knew where to park. I would have been furious to have 3/4 water covering my tires and bottom of the car!

Loved the location; very close to shops, fuel, restaurants, and freeways. Staff is nice. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Full sized kitchen sink, refrigerator, and microwave were a HUGE plus.

Wish they had some form of breakfast offered but the lack of it didn’t detract from our trip since we had the full size appliances available in our room. Only other thing to mention is that we had to take our towels to the front desk to exchange for new ones and also had to get trash bags and toilet paper from the front desk upon request due to no daily housekeeping. I think I saw bi weekly cleaning at the moment. We were there 9 nights and housekeeping never came to our room. Again, I didn’t mind this since it was only a mild inconvenience but I’m sure there are some people who could be upset by this.
