The bed was too high. The water temperature in the shower was to hot or to cold. I couldn't get the temperature right. I checked in after 3 and my room was not ready. The breakfast time ended to early. How about ending at 10 am?

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel

The shower water would not run at all so they switched us to another room and it wasn’t hot water in that unit. The staff Tanya was extremely rude. The room service came in the room after the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. The pool was out of service so our children did not swim. People were checking out as we were checking in.

No telephone in room. No remote to television in room. No one to answer a call to the front desk. Water was temporarily turned off.

Wasn’t a good stop to stay after driving for ten hours

The location of the property was perfect, just off the interstate didn't have to travel far.

Had to move from two rooms, the first room had electrically problems not all the lights worked along with the contractors working playing loud music. The second room the toilet didn’t work, finally the third room which was a double not a king size bed which I paid for. I have stay at Sleep Inn many of times, this was the worst.

The rooms were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the hot breakfast and free beverages 24/7

The landscaping was awful, but don't let that fool you. The exterior of the building needed redone. The shady people floating around in the parking lot, but they didn't bother anyone

It was dirty. The shower never got hot or warm, for that matter, not to mention the ceiling was falling in in the shower. The breakfast was not good.

Unkempt grounds, dirty interior lobby, dirty elevator that like it would collapse at any moment, leaky window in our room and large pool of water inside of the window. Wet moldy carpet by the air conditioner. A man in the lobby cat calling my sister in law and saying vulgar things to her. This happened at about 4:30 am so it was probably an employee. Altogether one of the worst hotel experiences me and my family have ever had.

Friendly staff, disappointing property upkeep and very humid room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good size. It had a big fridge - possibly the biggest fridge I have had in a hotel room. There was also a microwave. Cookies at the check-in desk.

The parking lot and lobby area were not very clean. The pool had a sign up that it was closed permanently but then people were able to go in and use it if they got a key. Breakfast was okay but minimal. The room was super humid. Even after running AC, my shoes seemed moist.

Was convenient to the event I was in town for.

Where do I begin. We didn’t check in until almost 10pm. At 10:40, I had to call the front desk because the toilet didn’t flush properly. Called 30 min later because no one arrived and I had been told “give me 5 minutes”. Second person I talked to said maintenance was probably already gone and to come down for another room key, which we didn’t want to do because we had unpacked and were ready for bed, but figured that’s what we had to do. She immediately called back before I could go down there and said maintenance was on the way. Probably took him 15-20 min to get there. He was there for probably the same amount of time trying to fix the issue with a plunger, which clearly was not the real issue. Unfortunately he didn’t speak English and used a translator app to tell me if the problem continued to call the front desk. So that gave us no confidence that was fixed but we went to bed. Same issue in the morning but we wanted to just hurry up and check out. While we were getting ready, discovered they didn’t supply any wash cloths. And then learned the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Zero outlets near the mirror in the actual room to be able to dry your hair in front of it. Just an overall bad experience. And that doesn’t even include the stained comforters. I expressed my irritation when checking out and just got a “I’ll let the manager know.” Will definitely not stay here again or recommend it to others. The very least a hotel should provide is a working toilet!

it was clean and the bed was comfy. The location was great for where we were going. they did a good job when they refurbished the property.
