If it wasn’t for the pleasant staff and great location of the hotel I wouldn’t have enjoyed my stay.

Proximity of the location from Convention Center was Great! Staff members were so helpful and friendly. Shower water pressure and temperature were amazing!

Room was supposed to fit six but didn’t. Sofa bed is a child twin size mattress. Beds were supposed to be queens but I’m 5 2 in a half and my feet were at the foot. Breakfast wasn’t necessarily fresh…. Eggs were cold and fruit salad was sour… suggestion remove mandarin oranges from the salad.

The room was clean and spacious. Free parking is available for the price you pay per day. The staffs were very accommodating. The complimentary hot breakfast was good and healthy.

If there is anything that I would like them to improve is to keep the breakfast less salty and at least serve a much fresher fruits next time.

Room was excellent. Staff were great. Breakfast was so so but cannot expect more in a complimentary breakfast. Very little choice for evening meal.

Great weekend stop

Staff from beginning to end were super friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean room. Location was perfect for family weddng weekend. Great experience. Special shoutout to Ronnie, who served us when we spent time at the bar post wedding festivities. He was awesome!

The front desk staff that night was very helpful in accommodating us.

Maybe their breakfast time ends at 09:30 which I think is not a good idea to end it so early, we were still eating at the table when they were already packing up and putting away the food.

Bad experience for the money.

It was very clean.

They only provide housekeeping every 3 days, when I asked for at least fresh towels the front desk gave me bath mays instead. The hotel was under renovation and the workers yelling down the hallways. Very loud and disrespectful. They breakfast they provided was cold and stale. I was not happy at all for the price I paid.

Understandable circumstances Ok. But really tough for working trip and no where else to stay.

Didn’t realize it was under construction. Was there for work late hours early mornings. The noise was super tough when trying sleep and preparing for working an event. Also no water for almost 5hours of the event date i had to work and couldn’t shower.
