They served coffee in which the desk lady said they’re only allowed to make one thing of coffee. They had 3 packs of oatmeal and that was it. The room had chipped bath tub and the room and hallway smelled like mold and mildew covered in a air freshener

The booking system lost my reservation and the check in process was very slow - and the information logged in for our stay was not recorded accurately making it difficult for my employee to access her room

The property canceled my reservation upon check in citing that they were over booked. I had prepaid them directly and they assured me earlier that day that everything was fine with my room. When i showed them that i had prepaid weeks before the trip and that i booked it months ahead of time as well, they DEMANDED that i explain to them why my room would have been overbooked. Worst service ever.

I booked this hotel at 12:07am i arrived at 5:30am they said i exceeded the check-in time & was considered a NO-SHOW.Tired from driving almost 11hrs & 2to go i booked instead of risking my families life.wish i hadn't. Hotels.com refused to give me a refund & said they would call me back during business hours to talk about a refund.Been a member with them for over 5yrs at least. I wasn't expecting this.No call from anyone besides SPAM call which i answered anyway just in case it was them.Wishful Thinking it wasn't. But my financial institution picked up & i been in business with them for 10++yrs.They gave me the $$ back and insured me that they will look into the matter at hand.Done with Hotels.com didn't wanna start using airBnB because im a [if it's not broke don't fix it]kinda guy.But like i told my X all contracts are meant 2b canceled.

We didn’t stay there and I’m waiting for my refund. A late flight and delay in our rental car caused us to arrive super late. Upon arriving manager on site was watching tv and told us we were “kicked out” because we arrived past checkin time even though we were paid. There information does not have checkin hours only after 3pm. Horrible experience

The staff from check-in to janitorial was amazing!!! Every employee encountered deserves 5 stars. The grounds/building itself was not in the best condition. The entrance door to the room looked as if it had been kicked in once upon a time. The tile in the tub was peeling, and the refrigerator could stand some tlc.

We booked 2 queen rooms. We paid and then they said when we arrived, they only had 1 room available. So my kids had to stay in a separate hotel down the road making our check in a nightmare. It hasnever happened before or since. We would like a credit from Hotels.com for the inconvenience. We were in town for a convention and this reservation mishap caused us to be in an unnecessary time crunch. Again, i expect a credit for a room in the future. Everyone was great and friendly, however, the property is very rundown. The 1st floor smelled like dog and smoke which was almost unbearable. There was also not enough towels. I asked for more and was only given 1 because thats all they had available. If you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head, this might work, but dont expect much cleanliness.

The room was large and very clean. Because I have some physical limitations, I was extremely pleased to see that there were more "grab bars" in the bathroom than usual. All of the staff that I met were both friendly and helpful. Kudos to the night manager--who ALWAYS appeared to be on duty--and who, with a smile on her face, never seemed to be irritated when asked to "re-code" my key because I couldn't keep from slipping my room key into the same pocket in which I carried my billfold . . . which has a magnet in it. (Apparently codes and magnets do not play well together.) I had never stayed at this particular motel, but should I need return to Indianapolis, I'd gladly book a room here.

My toilet overflowed and I had to clean it up and I was not a happy camper and as a smoker I feel that they should have designated spaces for those of us that smoke. Outside of that the staff and area around the property was nice.

I like how the rooms were spacious. I didn't know until I got there that it had a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and a microwave. Wish the pool was open but it’s still early May. Parking was easy.

This property is falling apart the room smell like cigarettes, and the furniture and cabinets in the kitchen and the living room and the bedroom are falling apart and warped. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub has chipped paint and chipped glaze it cut my foot. They will give you a foot mat at the front desk, but that means they’re admitting that the bathroom is unacceptable and that the tub is disgusting. They have terrible customer service. They don’t care about your complaints and they stand there and lie in your face and say that they’re going to move to another room and then don’t even bother calling you all day to move you to that new room and then someone else will tell you that you never should’ve been told that you were gonna be moved to a room. Even though you just checked into the hotel, you’re not considered important. They only care about other people that may need to check in that day, even though you were put in a disgusting nasty room. They did not give me enough toilet paper in the bathroom and they charge you a deposit that will never be returned. It’s $100 per room. The phones in the rooms do not work appropriately and the cords are broken so they keep popping out of the receiver every time you pick it up. They say on their profile that they give breakfast but they do not. It is just coffee and it ends at 9:30. They might give you one bagel, but it is not a sufficient breakfast.

I was in a room that had a door that went to the furnace and the furnace ran all light off and on it was loud. It was room 234 and there were upstairs must’ve been kids and they were running and jumping all night, I called downstairs to the lobby the front desk about three or four times Between one and 3 AM and never got no answer. Actually, the bathtub was slick and when I got in there to take a shower, I slept and fell in my back and elbow. I’m OK, but it was tough getting out of the tub. Other than that. It was a good experience.

A surprisingly good hotel for the price. Much nicer than we expected, in fact. Spacious, clean room, quiet and no unpleasant smells. Bed was comfortable, nothing to complain about. The staff were excellent — friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Guy at the front desk was very closed off not really friendly, they said they had breakfast but it’s only coffee and a small amount of muffins you would have to ask them to bring more muffins out, my shower for the king room did not work but I did not feel like changing rooms or being a “Bother” I think they judge everyone here the same , we were just staying for a night away with family. They really just need new workers with integrity, and good cleaning skills. 4/10

It was a nice room and facility, but check in was a pain. The guy kept trying to set the card machine up for my security deposit, and it took him any number of tries before he got it working. The computer may have been slow, and I was drowsy anyway, but it felt like a half hour before he figured out what to press on his tablet to set it up. At least he figured it out.
