Disappointing. Will not stay at an Extended stay again.

The location was convenient. Aside from that there was nothing else to speak of.

Not having a bath tub that was clogged. The tub filled with water very quickly while showering which meant the bottom of the tub was not clean. I could feel the debris on the bottom of my feet. YUCK! Breakfast was bags of oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate. Really! Neither of my kids like oatmeal. So much for trying to save a little money with breakfast included. I requested a cooking package so we could fix supper in the unit. Part of the reason I chose your establishment. What I received was 1 large 8qt pan, 1 medium 6qt pan, 4 dinner plates, 1 can opener, 1 knife, 3 dinner spoons, 4 dinner forks, and 3 butter knives. No cooking utensils, no toaster, no coffee maker, and no bowls. Had to go get items just to fix dinner. Again, trying to save a little money which didn't happen. The room had only 2 chairs for seating. With a family of 4 more chairs would have been nice.

I’d booked the room a month in advance of the Indy 500 and the day before they called and told me that they were moving me to a different location. I complained and they called back saying everything was fine at the original location

The hotel needs serious updating. Carpets had stains, tub/shower broken and dirty, windows were broken/cracked/dirty and the entire hotel smelled like pot.

Wouldn’t recommend by any means, always snelled like weed and that’s not cool workers were too busy on phone cursing smoking instead of watching front desk. It took them 25 mins to check me into a room that I per paid for was not pleased at all.

Leaving because the hotel was so nasty

Everything! The staff was horrible. The place was filthy. Had used hypodermic needles laying in the parking lot. People sitting around the front door openly smoking weed. Had no remote control for the tv and couldn’t get anyone at front desk to answer the phone and nobody was present at the desk

The staff was very unprofessional. They made the entire check in experience horrible. The line was long with me and other people who was waiting to check in and they never came to help us. When the front desk staff finally appeared she literally told us to wait 15 more minutes when we was already airing 20 minutes for her to come. They are short staff that it kept taking the front desk memeber to go help clean rooms while no one checked anyone in

No ice, put ice tray in freezer and 16 hours still no ice, no coffee, old facilities. Needs updated, uncomfortable bed. Mattress leaned to one side making it feel you was rolling off the bed. Pool was not in operation. Won't be back

Breakfast was a joke, granola bars that is it. The bed was uncomfortable. The hotel looked like it needed repairs. When we got there we didn’t have a shower curtain. The extended stay by the airport is much nicer.

Friendly and peaceful

It was just so peaceful for me last one at the end of hall not much noise friendly staff always there to help. Plus it has a full kitchen store cook and clean up. So perfect if you brought food in to fix for your family.
