Worst stay in our two week trip!

The room was horrible, very dirty. It looked old which is not a problem but filth was. Couldn’t use sink it had a crack and hole in it! Sheets had stains as did one of comforters. We checked out at 4 am and sat in our car for 5 hours rather than relaxing in room. The front desk guy acted surprised with our concerns. We stayed in another Red roof that it would be ok but now I’ll probably never stay in another Red roof.

Tge place was filthy. It freaked of weed and cigarettes. We canceled our reservation tge second we arrived to our room because we were disgusted.

The online advertisement

The door didn’t lock after a certain time. I demanded a refund and was only refunded $20 plus the refundable deposit of $50. The owner or manager stated that his little sister lives there and he wouldn’t let her if it wasn’t safe. The purpose of renting a room is to ensure the door locks for safety. What a tragic realization. Smh I would never suggest this location or any like it to anyone.

Very unsatisfactory

The desk clerks were friendly and kind. The area surrounding the hotel had lots of food choices.

The bedspreads had burn holes and multiple stains. The remote didn't work and the replacement given to me by the front desk didn't work at all. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed/washed. The light switches looked they were sinking into the walls. The door to the bathroom was grimy with fingerprints as was the bathroom light switch. We stayed there two nights, and no one came to make up the beds or bring fresh towels. The air conditioner worked but it was falling apart. There was party in the parking lot which went on for hours until the police came. There were laundry hampers filled with garbage bags under the stairs. The safe was broken. There looked to be a spot for a hairdryer near the sink, but it was gone. The window of the room next door to us had a big crack in it. The cost of the room was far far far too high for the lack of cleanliness/quality. I would never recommend it. I was surprised because I have stayed at other red roof inns in other towns and assumed that the quality was good at all locations, which I certainly now know is not the case.

It’s was terrible don’t waste your money

Tbh nothing it was really run down

Basically I asked for a room on the bottom floor since I had a bad knee and the first room had stains on the bed like someone peed on it and nothing worked in there. Then they moved us to another room and it was a little better but had pluming issues. We need a quick cheap place to stay due to a funeral we had to attend but even this wasn’t cheap and for sure wasn’t worth the price since we wasn’t comfortable at all due to so many issues. I don’t recommend coming here and I wished I had just stayed in my car.

I ask for local T.V station NBC i was told all the property stations were local , however all this property had was Mnbc news not the ND football game and I asked for a different T.V or room no response was given. Discount should be given. And the ceiling paint was peeling at all corners.

The bathroom had a lot of black mold, the comforter didn't look clean, the latch on the door was broken, there was hair in the bathtub, the bathroom ceiling was caving in, it was a lot wrong with the room.
