Staff and facilities were amazing. Decent breakfast setup and whoever made the biscuits and gravy did awesome.

Location mainly. Traffic sucks. That's not really a reflection on the facility though.

Had somewhere to sleep.

Room was somewhat clean. Kids love swimming pool.

Felt old. Breakfast needs a refresh. Didn’t look good to the eye. Did not take a shower because it appeared to be painted. Landscape needs a major refresh. Concerned that it appeared to have no hotel staff but family own workers. Just not a great and welcoming hotel, even if it is a 3-star. 3-star is misleading.

I paid $200, and I honestly feel like that was $100 too much.

The staff is very nice! They are hard workers who are doing the best they can. They were helpful and quite pleasant to talk to when asking for things.

This hotel is very outdated, overpriced, and the facilities are just not very nice. The lobby was kind of sketchy. I was not comfortable with my wife and kids walking around the lobby.

A basic facility that is starting to show age a little, but perfectly fine for the money.

Seems like a group of a few guys trying to keep an aging facility going with some hotel rooms and some long-term residence. No matter what everybody was friendly and helpful, and we’re understanding when I messed up my reservation and didn’t realize I was supposed to check out a day early. Overall, it’s a decent place, nothing fancy, and gets the job done. Recommended.

You get what you pay for with the cheap rate.

Location.

The hallways reeked with the smell of weed!! I could smell it through our door. Also smelled musky in our room. Dirty floors and unclean pillowcases. At that point i had to check for bed bugs. None was found thank goodness. Will not be back.

I should've checked the reviews but the price was too high for the accommodations.

The staff were professional and friendly.

The linen had old blood stains on it. The refrigerator made noise throughout the night. The rain hitting whatever was near the pool area woke me. The sink wasn't cleaned thoroughly under the rim. The mirror in the bathroom was damaged on the edge so having damage charges was a concern when there were damaged items already in the room. Someone in the same corridor continually slammed their door which was very annoying.

Bathroom was filthy. Entire hallway smelled of weed so bad that I literally stuffed a towel under our door. People yelling and slamming doors all through the night. I barely slept an hour.

We had a quiet stay and the bed was pretty comfortable. The price was a bonus as well.

Room and bathroom were smaller than expected, and we had to wait a bit for someone to come to the front desk to get us checked in and out.

The housekeeping was horrible..we stayed 4 nights and they never once did anything to our room. We had to remove our own garbage and get towels and other items

It’s a great hotel

The breakfast was good. It’s always hot when it’s time for me to eat breakfast. The location was great. I more people should come and experience the cleanest of this hotel.

The office staff is very nice. They make sure the guest has everything they need. when I need anything, all I have to do is go up there to the office and ask them they always provide me with everything that I need

I was bet disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms and the poor customer service that we were given.

The beds and pillows were comfortable.

It was not clean. There were stains on my sheets and at least 3 long black hairs on the sheets. My hair is blond. There was mold on the shower curtain. There was paint lifted on the bottom of the tub like someone painted over the tub and the paint was peeling. There was also a red stain on the carpet. The hallway had a bad odor. When I called to have the sheets changed I asked for ALL of the linen to be changed. They tried to put clean sheets on but put the same dirty comforter back on the bed. I’m glad that I waited to make sure it was done right but I had to spend the first 30 min of my trip with my family in the car waiting on me to get the bed changed.

The beds were very comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to close the blinds. Our sleep was interrupted by the sun. Upon leaving we realized there was another layer of curtains smh!
