Great location and staff.. not very rest friendly

Location and bed was comfortable

Loud kids running up and down the hallway. Dog barking all night. Small tv that couldn’t be seen from the bed.

Overall very disappointed is our stay especially since it was to celebrate our anniversary.

The location was the only thing we liked about the stay.

The staff wasn't personable at all until we checked out and that lady was super nice. The floor is my room looked like it hadn't been swept in months. There was an ant trap on the floor next to the table. The bed were so uncomfortable. The smell of the hotel want pleasant at all. Definitely won't be back and won't recommend. I don't like leaving reviews but this place was so gross. If we could have cancelled without getting charged we would have went somewhere else.

I reserve 2 private studio room but 210 the room is not clean the don’t change a bed Shit to money blood and hair is on the bed I ask the front desk to change me the room or change bed shit or vacuum the don’t from Friday night to Sunday I’m not happy but is okay thanks

Overall I would not stay or recommend this hotel.

The first room was presented as clean and had to move to a second room. However, the first rooms kitchen and living room spaces had food on the floor. The bathroom has left over body-wash from the last guests shower. The second room did not have any face or bath towels or dishes. The microwave was dirty. Addition guest should not uave been allowed to book room if staff was aware of the towel shortage.

One night stay

It was close to fast food and other stores I needed to purchase from. Room was very clean with lots of work and kitchen space.

No elevator, only a coffee bar, and breaded items I couldn't eat for breakfast. A bit dark in the entry way and lobby gave it a creepy feel. They asked for a $100 deposit on the room when I got there. That was more than the cost of the room and I didn't see that listed on the website, it was quickly refunded upon checkout.

The location was pretty close to TradersPoint.

The room was dirty. People were living out of this hotel and it didn’t feel safe at all. They could at least invest in better towels and bedding. Luckily we only slept there one night while passing through.

It was an acceptable stay. Staff was great!!!

The staff was great, was in town for the Indy 500 and the value was great by comparison to other hotels in area. Truly only disappointment was hotel needs to be updated and remodeled. Have stayed at many extended stays that were much more updated. The towels were amazing and was an acceptable stay. Hope the hotel is updated soon and then it truly will be deserving a 5 star rating. Staff was great, but in need of more breakfast offerings and to not run out. Thanks for the stay regardless within the outdated limitations

No couch in the room. Sheets and towels had stains on them. Bed, TV and recliner were new and fresh. Kitchen area and appliances were old and dingy. Bathroom was good.

Dwayne at the front decks was very accommodating!!

The bathtub with dirty the floor was sticky and the bed linen looks like somebody had already been sleeping in it and peed in the bed

There was no Hot water in shower. The bathtub as well as the sink had bad plumbing. They both kept stopping up. There was only one pillow on bed and no comforter on bed. The front desk said they were full booked and didn't have anymore pillows or comfoters.

unwelcoming

even with it being non smoking rooms one of our rooms smelled of fresh burned cigarettes burn marks in the blankets. once moved to a different room the couch was broken. which we needed with the amount of kids we had with us. we then had to look at six other rooms to see if they had a couch. finally we found one. the next morning we were woken by cleaning staff after they were told our first original room that we had no issues with was vacant.
