Staff was super nice and helpful wasn’t to bad of a stay but probably won’t book again due to broken things listed

I liked that it was a quiet setting and that the pool water was heated making it so my kids could swim while snowed in

The bathtub didn’t hold water the sink was broken the mini fridge didn’t work the actual room to the pool was freezing aside from water being warm.

Overall stay was pretty good for the money spent!

Property was great! Clean, friendly and close to food and activities we were attending for the weekend! Complimentary Breakfast options, although limited were great!

Walls were a little thin. Was woken up at 6am by our neighbor who was vomiting and could hear everything. Not a great way to be woken up.

The Desk staff were pleasant, and took care of any issues at breakfast.

Several items ran out at breakfast. Coffee, waffle mix & OJ. However it was taken care of as soon as I made them aware.

The breakfast was decent. The coffee was really good. Good location.

The desk chair was really worn out. The leather on the chair was terribly worn off. A few of the towels weren't very white and clean looking. The toilet had issues flushing properly and one of the knobs on the chest drawer was hanging off.

Beds were comfy and the man at the desk was quick to get us into another room.

The first room we were supposed to stay in smelled horrible (like rotten meat) immediately upon walking in and as soon as I turned and saw a sink full of gnats I told my family to turn back around we were not staying in that room. The second room was better but had random stains on the side table, broken office chair, mold on the bathroom ceiling, toilet rocked back and fourth when you sat on it. We would’ve tried somewhere else but we were exhausted from traveling all day and just wanted to shower and sleep.

Went for breakfast about 8:15/8:30 and nothing there but an apple. A lot of large groups including a bus load of girls and a baseball team. Very noisy till late at or early morning.

Good for a quick sleep and then keep it moving…. Not the best neighborhood

It was cheap. Room was clean.

They keep saying and have it posted 100%smoke free and my whole floor stunk. The floor in our bathroom felt like it was going to fall through. Breakfast was a joke. They close and lock down the hotel at 11pm.
