They didn’t care about me. I had a book for three days and only stayed for one day because everybody was having attitude

Overpriced for the old facility and lack of amenities

The customer service applied by the staff was wonderful, from Kevin at check in, to the bartender during happy hour and the breakfast staff! I would give 10 stars for crm

Embassy suites usually carry a higher standard as far as cleanliness and facilities. When I walked in the hotel, the smell of chlorine was overwhelming, which excited me because I just knew I'd be able to swim during my tenure, but apparently they were remodeling , and just had the door cracked. Then 2 of the elevators were not working so it was slow in the mornings and evenings. I took the stairs a lot, which I'm not complaining cause I could use cardio, but geesh! Lastly the room, the tv did not work it kept flickering in the bedroom and the one by the pullout did not work at all, for it to be 17 degrees and bad weather, with no pool, a working tv could've up'd the anti here. Lastly, I could see renovations happening, but corners of the room looked like the wall paper was about to fall off, or got ruined due to some kind of leak, and the bottom frame of the baths door was rusted off. Again, I usually don't complain, but for the price and lack of amenities, I had nothing but time to notice.

I like how nice the front desk employee was, I didn't have to wait until 4 to check in.

What I liked about the property was the staff was so understanding of the kids!They were able to meet our needs with no hesitation!The staff was very respectful!

What I didn’t like about the property was the area!I think it was a little too busy around the outside with the stores and businesses!I did not like the fact that they didn’t accept our visa prepaid cards!I also did not like the fact of the fire alarm being pulled by someone in the building which caused a headache for us and our kids for a few minutes due to us laying down!

Nice for family stay

Staff super helpful and patient with a lot of holiday travelers. Nice for family lots of kids in the pool, and everyone had something they like at breakfast. Love the happy hour too. Was able to bring my senior dogs and there is a dog area just behind the hotel.

We typically stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel, but decided to change it up this trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and quiet for our short overnight stay. Will keep Embassy Suites in mind for the future!

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the indoor pool. I didn't see it disclosed anywhere on the website that it was heated and maybe that's intentional, but one would expect it to be...am I wrong? This was one of the extra reasons for staying (besides overnight) was to use the indoor pool on a cold rainy night out of town for our two young kids. It was not warm like you'd expect for an indoor pool to be.

All was quite well overall, just wish the roach situation wasn't an occurrence.

My late night check in with Kevin on Tuesday evening. He didn't have the king I requested but had a uplifting attitude while getting me into a queen instead. Give that man a raise! The breakfast and dinner I chose were quite nice, as was the hummus snack during 'happy' hour' time.

The live roach I noticed in the bathroom the morning of my departure. So shocked & disappointed. The abundance of fans running in the common areas were tolerable but almost a bit much.

Close to my work

It was dirty. I could tell nobody cleaned the room prior because there were Oreo crumbs on the floor and the bathroom had hair all over the floor and sink. The breakfast wasn’t good. The mini fridge didn’t work. And the a/c in the ceiling was dripping water onto the floor.
