The bed was pretty comfortable. I liked the bathroom light -- it was brighter than many of those led bathroom lights. Front desk person helped us print a paper we needed before we left (the business center printer was out of ink).
The air conditioning didn't quite go low enough to cool the room at night. And it wasn't even that hot outside. There were no USB outlets, so we had to break out the blocks for our cords. No fan in the bathroom made everything wet after 3 people showered. Too much leftover hair in the bathroom that should've been cleaned before we checked in. Weird teeny (opened) bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and no bars of soap anywhere.
I needed ice and we were on the 4th floor. No ice maker there, so I figured I'd try down one floor and took the stairs. Couldn't get back in on any floor but the first. Weird.
Fridge was barely cool and certainlynot cold. I think our stuff would've stayed cooler if we'd left it out of the fridge over night.

Getting out of the parking area and onto the main road was a challenge due to the volume of traffic.
