Not worth the money

Breakfast was a joke. A pancake machine and toast was it. The room was dirty and smelled like straight mold when you walked in. Dirty and cobwebs in the room. Asked for more towels and was asked what room I'm in like that matters. And was handed a small pool towel. Pool was closed. Literally stayed all weekend and paid over 150 dollars. This place shouldn't even have a deposit because the ONLY positive is that the beds are decently comfortable.

I didnt like the staff, the breakfast, the way the hallway smelled, the way the hotel treats people, the deposit isnt $50 I called ahead of time and they told me $50 when i got there they tried to charge me $100, if you have an issue they dont have a contact number only an email. The rooms aren’t cleaned at all I had to clean my own room and change the sheets , the sheets is burned up the dresser got cigarette burns everywhere

Nice price for a weekend stay

The room setup was nice.

I would suggest the staff not to assume strangers are sitting in their lobby. May not be their fault but it was like 3 snow trucks on the property but out of all the businesses around they had the worst cleaning. I ended up parking in the Cosco lot.

The clerk wouldn’t let us check in when we first arrived and after my husband walked out of the building the clerk asked if I wanted to check in. Then during breakfast they were putting everything away before 9 am and refused to give my husband any milk at first and then when I got upset he brought out a gallon of milk and poured it in his bowl.

The hotel was conveniently located.

The price was very good, very happy about breakfast included but… they only had pancakes, cereal, yogurt, sliced bread and apple juice. Was looking forward to some sausage or even some bacon and eggs. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Overall the hotel was good.

Couldn't believe they didn't have an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. We are handicapped and had to change from 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor to 2 double beds on the first floor. We should have gotten a reimbursement for having double beds when we wanted queen's. The guy there was very rude and hard to understand.

Heater took a long time to heat up in one room other the filter was dirty and was making noise. Daughter cleaned it so it didn't make nose. Phone in one room had something all over it 🙄 😒.

Wasn't pleased at all. Hotel rooms were filthy and smelled musty.

Room with a jacuzzi was disgusting. There were nats everywhere. Refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. Table's & entertainment was sticky. Dirty shoe prints in jacuzzi tub. Sheets didn't look washed and had hair in them. All in all, this was beyond disturbing.

Do NOT book here, the most unprofessional, rude and disgusting place to stay in ALL of Indiana.

This place is terrible, aside from it being by a Costco there is nothing else good or great about it.

Everything sucked, the staff barley spoke English, they didn’t understand a word I was saying, we we’re traveling for my husbands job and one of our days there the housekeeper knocked and when she I guess noticed I wasn’t coming to the door she took it upon herself to use her own key card to enter had I not had the extra lock on she would have seen me naked since I was seconds away from the shower when I asked for a manager to address the issue they told me there wasn’t one there ????? what if we had an emergency??

It was deplorable

This Days Inn location is very discriminatory. They basically refused us because of a ADA licensed service pet that has been blood trained by Purdue University and the staff member there threw gang signs at us talking to us about some g swagg. He then canceled our reservation for no apparent reason. We had nowhere to stay and had to find a whole new hotel

The whole experience was horrible demeaning and degrading we had no place to stay and were discriminated against in so many ways.they were rude disrespectful condescending and mase excuses for their unprofessionalism
