Everything was great

The room was clean which I appreciated.

The property did not match expectations for the area or price point. Upon entering the room it was clear the space hasn’t been updated in some time. There was visible water damage on the ceiling and mold present in the bathroom both are maintenance issues that should be addressed immediately not cosmetic concerns. The staff interaction was the most disappointing part. Guests were met with a confrontational tone rather than hospitality. Threatening to call the police on guests as a first response is not customer service it’s a red flag.

Management happily matched the pricing that I found online for my second night.

I was unable to shower due to a clogged drain. Management unsuccessfully attempted to fix the drain with a screwdriver two hours before I checked out. So I washed up at the sink! I also did not have a phone in my room until the second day of my two-night stay.
