Will not return. Ever.

This hotel was disgusting. Tv hanging off the wall, strawberries in the dirty fridge. Rude staff when I came in, the room was filthy and had dirty sheets/the entire bed. There was a dirty sock, tons of debris, metal fork, filth behind dresser. Dirty floor and dirt all over shower. I asked to switch rooms. It was better but still very very dirty. It was supposed to be a room with a balcony (there were hundreds of them) and we were given a room without one and told they were all full (clearly not the case) all I could afford was this hotel and the guy said of the second room wasnt good enough, we were out of luck. Non of the machines worked, atm didn’t work either, it was freezing in the lobby with one chair. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who had no other choice/homeless because it was awful. Breakfast was gone halfway through time frame. It’s been over 1.5 weeks and my deposit has still not been returned.

For the price, it’s what you get.

The size of room; enough to stretch out. The area where the room was stationed. The microwave was decent; the popcorn didn’t burn. The bed was comfortable and the headboard was also easy on my back.

The roaches; not a lot but a few. There was a bun underneath the mini fridge — maybe drawing the pest. The room wasn’t finished with renovations; felt lackluster.

Awful decision

The color of the hotel

No handicap access,there was no outlet power to the downstairs room I booked for my grandma and parents. It was boiling hot the entire stay,the air conditioning didn’t work in the upstairs room I book for me and my siblings,the entire place smelt muggy,and my sister found what seems to be spit in the bathtub. The employees had no clue what I was trying to say when I told him that the OUTLETS on the ground level “wheelchair accessible” room (was definitely not wheelchair accessible) didn’t work,my mom and grandma were unable to charge their devices and my father was unable to use his B-Pap machine. I seen the employee check the room out and he looked at me like I was crazy,I tried explaining to him that its not the lights,the lights work fine,the outlets do not work,but it was apparent he didn’t understand the words that were coming out of my mouth by the looks he was giving me. He didn’t t even respond to me with “I don’t understand what you’re saying” no instead he just looked at me with a raised eyebrow with a very confused expression. I gave up,maybe the next people who get that crappy “wheelchair accessible” room will get it through his thick scull better then I can. Definitely not pleased with my stay,this hotel needs ALOT of TLC.

Just about everything, poor tv quality, poor bathroom quality, poor cleanliness, room was small for a king sized bedroom, barely any space for movement, They didn't have breakfast; had to go and get our own breakfast

Unsanitary and displeasing

I liked the location of it as it was close to where I needed to be and had good access to highways and interstates around.

My room had a funky odor and I didn’t even receive the type of room I booked. Half of the floor had these large wet spots that were hopefully from cleaning supplies? There was garbage stuffed behind the bed as well as several alcoholic beverages that were spilled behind the bed which led bugs and ants into the room. The sheets were stained and had dark black hair everywhere (Me and my girlfriend are both brunette). Room didn’t seem to be cleaned at all, but the price that you pay for it maybe makes it somewhat reasonable, was around $110.

Biggest dump ever.

Initially, the low price and location.

Due to poor ratings, I had low expectations. All I needed was to get off the road with my 2 dogs for a 10 hour break. I looked for all the small print concerning pets. All I found was the usual $50 refundable depot. Upon Checking in, I was told that each dog requires a $20 up charge. If I understood the guy correctly, that was intentionally omitted from the website. $55 instantly became $100. No carpeting in the room, just hard vinyl flooring. Very noisy ac unit. Severe water damage, about 2'x8", above the toilet. Mattress was the cheapest I've ever encountered. I'm 68. Very poorly shaped rubber mat affixed to the bottom of the tub. One could only imagine what that hides. The lighting was harsh, high Kelvin led's Couldn't log on to the wifi. Didn't know they made flat-screens that small. Couldn't wait to leave!

The worst experience!

Location was OK, easy parking.

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy from construction work, dust everywhere, windows were disgusting, the TV was broken, the bathroom smelled from heavy industrial bleach. Asked for a new room and got pretty much the same. Not even 1 chair to sit on. I don't mind dated or old places, but in hospitality business hygiene comes first. They also overcharged me and came up with all sort of silly excuses, if I don't check my account I would have never found out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Horrible gross room. Smells bad, not really clean, found drug straw and a pill in the corner of the room. Sheets were stained. Slept on top of covers and in my clothes. Very poor place and wish I could get my money back

The room was mostly clean but subpar in comparison to a Motel 6 which was listed the same price.

Management happily matched the pricing that I found online for my second night.

I was unable to shower due to a clogged drain. Management unsuccessfully attempted to fix the drain with a screwdriver two hours before I checked out. So I washed up at the sink! I also did not have a phone in my room until the second day of my two-night stay.

I was surprised to find a microwave and fridge in the room - great bonus! Bed was comfortable and liked the pillows l.

Overall the hotel was pretty ghetto - had to ask for a light bulb in a lamp and the police were called because there were people outside obviously on some kind of drugs. I was asked If u wanted to buy any drugs in the parking lot ....Also didn't like that the ice machine on my floor didn't work. The pool wasn't open either- but with all that being said I never felt unsafe and no one bothered me after I said no. Really it was a a decent deal- your not going to stay in a cheap hotel without some shenanigans. It met my needs which was a 1 night stay.
