Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest house, located less than a mile from the vibrant Mass Ave district and Circle City Industrial Complex! This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families. There is a kitchenette along with a washer and dryer in this studio unit.
We love well behaved pets!
If you are bringing a pet, it must be approved and listed on the reservation
You will have access to the entire guest house.

If our schedule allows, we do offer an optional early check in for $25 per hour for up to 2 hours. We do love well behaved pets, they must be approved

We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans. Hosts are not be responsible for issuing refunds due to changes made outside of the cancellation policy.
We have a strong policy for no smoking inside and no parties. There is a $500 fine for either violation. Thanks for understanding.
