Location for our needs was great and free parking was a bonus

The lady that checked me on was super nice. She really made me feel welcome she was inviting and really helpful. I came downstairs this morning to check out her supervisor was there and I told her how wonderful she was but I forgot her name

We really liked our apartment - we traveled a lot to different states and cities, so we tried many hotels and this was one of the best! It's very spacious, clean, has a nice kitchen, comfortable bed, couch in the living room. Thought out to the smallest details. Friendly hotel staff. A lot of parking spots. Not far from the downtown. Worth the money!

comfortable and what we needed - this was marathon weekend so the town was hopping.

Love the coffee machine out in the lobby. Front desk gals were helpful when our fire detector was beeping. They had a battery and we were able to fix it.

It was a great place to stay, good location, very clean and friendly staff.

Location from our event was perfect, room was clean and well stocked. Perfect size for our group. Don't remember her name, but the gal at the front desk check-in was very nice and helpful.

ShouId consider from breakfast items, grab and go kind of things. I feel like there was some price gouging. I booked the room well in advance through Trivago/Booking.com. Was only notified once about a price drop and as I understand, I had to cancel my reservation and rebook to get the better price. With limited rooms, I was hesitant to do that. After the free cancellation date had passed, the rate went down over a hundred dollars for the same room. After my stay I can now book the same room for over $150.00 less. Nothing to do with the hotel stay, but very frustrating none the less!!

Location was good and our room was very large and clean

There was 1 elevator and all the baggage carts were old, rusted, and duct taped. It was extremely hard to get our luggage from the car to our room with these carts. We tried 3 different ones and all were in the same poor condition.

I would stay here again, it was wonderful, and I felt safe.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. I so enjoyed the stay I should have stayed an extra day. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. I truly enjoyed the family reunion and were so glad we chose to stay at this hotel instead of the family reunion hotel. Thank you for the great service.

The only complaint I have is that the garbage was not taken out of our room. I understand not making beds and replacing towels but garbage should have been taken out.

Spacious Room with Beautiful Views of the River

I liked the spaciousness of the room. It included a full kitchen, a living room, a dining area and a king-size bed. The air quality was excellent because we visited on the first day of summer, and it was extremely hot. The river view from the room window was nice.

The elevators could have been more spacious. It was an extremely small elevator.
