It was a good stay for our trip but I don't think we would stay there again

It was close to a lot of business so it made it easier to find what we needed.

They only had one luggage cart and we waited and wait for someone to bring it back so we could use it the night we checked in and we never saw it so we had to make multiple trips to get everything to the room.

PLEASE don’t list them on Booking.com, this is a dirty, disgusting place with false advertising. Please research this.

The people working there

This is not really a hotel. It is low income long term housing with a few rooms. They sold us a “king suite” room, but it was not a king sized bed and not a suite. They said they didn’t have those. I complained, but we needed the room. It was a smoking room and disgustingly dirty.

Very nice stay in a very nice room

Reception was a bit slow and the excuse was "third party booking." This was literally the only thing she said to me. The Candlewood building is in a location near the freeway, which was nice for traveling, but noisy for the night. The room was good, clean enough for a short visit and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was filled nicely and had enough to service my food requirements. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. On the whole the building was quiet and provided me with a good night's rest.

On the surface, the room looked clean. If you paid a bit more closer attention, you noticed stains and dirt in small quantities in places you don't really expect them. I could clean it away, so I'm sure the staff could have done it too. Apart from that and the sound from the traffic (which can't be solved at all), the room at Candlewood was very nice.

Bathroom sink is broken. Couldn’t get back in except the front door. Pet area not clean: long grass and other pets were not cleaned up after.

The convenience of where located. Room was nice

Maid service. The fact that guy at main office spoke no English. Maid service spoke no English. Never had any clean towels after the first day. We had no towels at all for next 3days. Water in tub did not drain. Dishwasher leaked all over kitchen and never got fixed or offered another room. Found 5 cockroaches in room. Killed and left on counter in a plastic zip lock baggie when we left.

It was home away from home.

The facility was spotless. It has a laundry & gym room which is convenient. The room was super comfy. I didn’t realize it came equipped with a stove top, full fridge & dish washer.

The only thing is the elevator is super slow & there’s only 1.

Proximity to the Marriott where the event I was attending was held.

The floor near the bed had a heavy urine smell. The tub had an extremely slow drain. The door to room 316 was incredibly hard to open and close (practically had to use full body weight to shut it).

I paid 141.50 for a room I couldn’t use and left after 1 hr when accommodations I was sold didn’t materialize.

check in clerk was very friendly

I specified in my booking that I required a room in close proximity with my co worker. The whole point was to have a quiet place to work on a project and we needed to be close enough to one another to “air drop ideas and test out different options” considering that I was booked in a room on another floor at the opposite end of the hotel this was not possible. I checked in at approximately 9:00pm and was ready to check out at 10 pm however I ordered a pizza from a local dominos store so I was required to wait until 10:35 when pizza arrived to check out which I did u so
